Appalling Service
Absolutely appalled by their customer service. I placed an order with them and after waiting for confirmation of this being dispatched, I followed this is via email. The response was ‘Hi, your order has been refunded, we are only selling slsa to our regulate customers. Kind regards’ No apology! Just this blunt message! There was nothing on the website to suggest that it is only available to selected customers. Clearly new customer are not as valuable as existing!

Unfortunately SLSa is in short demand at the moment and as we have many customers that have cosmetic assessments with us we are honouring their orders above new customers. This is acceptable and common practice in business. It states on our website the following under its listing:
DURING TIMES OF SHORTAGE, ONLY THOSE WITH AN EAZYCOLOURS ASSESSMENT WILL BE ABLE TO PURCHASE. If you don't have one of our assessments then your order will be cancelled. You can see this statementy here: https://www.eazycolours.co.uk/product-page/sodium-lauryl-sulfoacetate.
As you are not a regular customer and only came to EazyColours to buy thisproduct we refunded your order. Upon doing so you were sent a recipt of proof.
Terrible customer service
Customer service is the worst ive ever known. Missing parcel and no help what so ever. I asked for the invoices and help tracking the parcel then i got blocked. Dont answer any of our calls. Avoid.

Due to us being extremely busy plus staff being off ill we have no one to answer the phone.
This parcel was delivered. If we get a constant barage of messages and nastiness at all hours we have to end conversation.
The absolute best !!
I would like to commend Eazycolours for their "above and beyond" customer service !! These are phenomenal products, and when you combine excellent products, with excellent customer service it is a win win for everyone !!!!!

Terrible service
Terrible service ! Really angry owner . Very Rude to customers . I would avoid at all costs ! Do not waste your time and money ! I was removed from the Facebook group for stating delivery times ! Which is or was two weeks . Maria got really angry and removed me . Very petty! I had only been on the group a couple of month . And only ordered twice . Never again

Its always a shame to see such an angry review, but you can't please everyone.
I did expect it though, as you were removed from our faceBook group for your behaviour the other day with Beth Moon who also left an angry review. We removed you and your mother once before for your terrible behaviour and gave you the benefit of the doubt and let you back in only for your nastiness to rear its ugly head once again. Delivery times are pretty good, but if you choose 3-5 dayand the postal service is behind, then I am afraid that it is beyond our control. We do our upmost to get people's orders out as soon as possible, but unfortunately we can't control what happens once the parcels leave our warehouse. After checking your order history I find that your last order #11031 was placed on August 21st which was on a Friday and sent out on Monday the 24th August. You recivied your parcel on Tuesday 25th of August, so your review is obviously fake. Hopefully you will enjoy being in other, not so friendly groups, where people share your attitude. Its not welcome in ours. Our reviews speak for themselves and as you can see, the majority are wonderful because they appreciate everything we do :)

This company is amazing! As is Maria. I have several assessments from Eazy Colours and all are brilliant. I was sent a wrong product once and she told me to keep it and she would send me the correct one, the cost of said product was £70.00 and she gave it too me.....you couldn't ask for a better service. Dyes, micas, fragrances, everything is fantastic. Thank you

Excellent company
Excellent company. Very fast delivery and their products are second to none. I have been in touch with the company many times for advice as I am new to the whole world of bath bomb making and their small team has been nothing but professional and so so helpful. Absolutely fantastic products and excellent quality the customer service is excellent and delivery was very quick too. These colour pack a punch when they say a little goes a long way they weren't wrong. They are so vibrant they're just fantastic I cannot rate them enough.
