Absolutely amazing products

Absolutely amazing products. I came into the group in may as I've never ever made a bath bomb in my life Maria has helped me no end. I've purchased assessments and alot of products off the company. Never ever had a issue. Brilliant support and awesome products. And excellent customer service from all :)

Great colours!!

Eazy colours just go above and beyond

Eazy colours just go above and beyond! I’m new to the bath bomb business abd I am constantly asking questions. Anna has been an absolute god send via email and always promptly replies to my questions with an answer I can understand. Thank you Anna X and I haven’t spoken to the rest of the team but so know from posts that Maria is a hard working woman with so much knowledge, that again helps every single person on their page. This is highly commendable, this takes time to run a page like they have and it’s done each and every day. I for one would whole heartedly say Eazy colours is a top company. I have just ordered the Halloween assessment, and I am waiting for my order to come to play with the amazing colours. Fantastic team, time for everyone, second to none customer service and sell the best products... what more can you want.

Love the products!!!

Rude, no people skills, bullying

I had deleted my previous review as I couldn’t be bothered with the drama but after the woman posted it on Facebook with my name I regret doing so. She can be the loveliest person in the world whilst you’re praising her but if you dare complain be prepared for a lot of abuse and bullying behaviour. I first had a problem with a broken fragrance bottle, I was accused of doing it myself and was refused a replacement or a refund. Then there was the pump which didn’t work, it wasn’t blocked, it still doesn’t work, again the blame went squarely on me. I purchased an expensive 3D mould which arrived unravelled, she said it was my fault and must’ve done something to it! I never used it and never washed it. After a lot of arguments she refunded me. The latest was a supposedly violet dye which is a horrible grey, again I wasn’t using it properly and I don’t know what I’m doing. She has no customer service skills. Maybe she should go on a people course and learn how to speak to customers who are keeping her in business. For her the customer is always wrong. I never advertised a recipe on her Facebook page. I answered a question from somebody who asked a specific question. I messaged the woman in question which she didn’t like because I advised her not to buy the assessment. She has now plastered my name all over Facebook which is petty, adversarial, bullying, and downright pathetic. Be careful you don’t have a problem with an order. You won’t get any resolution only blame and accusations

Dorien's problem was actually a spray bottle which had become blocked. She was advised to unclog it by tapping it. Glitter bottles will always become blocked if you allow moisture to get in. 3d moulds will start to unravel if you wash them in hot water or leave them to soak in water. Ths is stated on our website. If there had been 'a lot of arguing' Dorien would have gone elsewhere, but she didn't. She stayed and enjoyed mine and others help with making bath bombs. Dorien then had a problem using a colour. A colour she admitted she was completely new to. She said publicly that it was 'a bad batch', so I got straight to work with it as soon as I got into work the following morning. I posted pictures of it to show that it was ok and how it shoud be used. We do not bully people, but we do trouble-shoot if there is a problem. We don't blame people, but it is usually user error, so we have to educate them on how to use the product correctly. Our FaceBook group is a private group that was created to help people with our products only. You have to agree to our terms and conditions before you join. When Dorien saw people enquiring about our assessments, she started messaging people with her alternative £6 recipe. This went against out T&Cs and so she was removed from the group, just as she would have been from any other. Ths is the reason for our 1* review, not because of any wrong doing on our part.

I was utterly appalled at the attitude…

I was utterly appalled at the attitude I received, which was completely unprofessional and quite outrageous. Unless you're happy to take what you're given with absolutely no quarrels, I'd suggest shopping elsewhere. I'm expecting a response to this review claiming 'how nasty I am' when in fact the lady running this business takes complaints too personally and, has proven to need customer service skills.
I wish her well in growing her business but, I certainly won't be buying from her again. I've noticed another review that has confirmed I am not alone in my experience and, I expect a hooty tooty response and a 'block' for not being satisfied with the terrible customer service I received.
Maybe the customer complaints should have a separate person to handle things as, clearly the person doing it, takes it too personally and starts making things up.
It is very unsettling. I have found a much better company to do business with in future.
I've never received such a disgraceful attitude from a shop manager in my entire 41 years of life. I'm sure the products are wonderful but not worth the lashing if you complain.

Edit after reading Marias expected response and my final word on this matter. I requested to cancel my order within minutes of sending, as I'd calculated it to be better value for me to order colours separately, which it was @ £14.50 per 100g.
Unfortunately Maria reacted extremely defensive to my direct message explaining this and proceeded to call me rude, and exaggerate the facts of what I'd said. I simply wanted to purchase some colours. I didn't even mind that my order wasn't cancelled. I did not appreciate the attitude I received and it's transparent that Maria has some issues dealing with customer relations. It's been quite ridiculous seeing how she perceived my message. Vile is a very strong word to use towards somebody, just because they didn't take kindly to dismissive rude responses, which were pretty appauling.
I'm sure there's a deeper reason for why Maria is so sensitive and clearly exaggerates the facts in her defence.
It's been the most ridiculous purchase I have ever made and as much as I'm very satisfied with my products, it's been a joke trying to make sense of the sellers attitude problem. She may call me 'vile' or anything else her imagination justifies, it doesn't affect me at all but it does reflect upon her, and it's clear her words about others are a reflection on her own behaviour, it's quite ironic actually reading the response. I've been utterly baffled by the madness and wish eazycolours every success. I will not be spending anymore of my time explaining what actually went wrong. There's really no point reasoning with people who are so easily offended and resort to twisting facts . I've never been called vile before, there's a first time for everything... My colours are beautiful BTW! worth every penny 💖 Peace 💖

I have never had complaints about getting out an order quickly before. From ordering to their door within 24 hours. Unfortunately this person cancelled after I had already sent it out. She stated that she wanted to cancel because the items were cheaper had she bought them separately and not as a bundle. I advised that the products could be returned at their cost and I would refund. When I pointed out that the items she wanted to buy separately were not the same as the ones in the bundle I was verbally abused. Whilst this review looks like it was written by a levelheaded person you should see what she actually emailed me. It was vile. I tend to save all messages/emails when this type of thing happens so I can prove it! The majority of our customers are fantastic. We do our utmost to give great service and they are very happy. Unfortunately not all are like that and after so much abuse I will not respond to any more emails. Thank you for your custom and enjoy your products.
