The training videos are short precise and easy to understand. It's tricky to have questions asked outside the video content but it's a great learning experience overall and would recommend to anyone new to care or already in care looking to continuously develop their skills and knowledge in care

New job
Have done online training course with a different company, new job so the company got me on to ecert, managed to sign up and get started with the course i needy to do, very helpful information and the question and answers not to long, and if you fail you can redo against that very helpful, happy employer

Like watching paint dry
I found the videos boring. Having the same actor standing still and reading from a script, sometimes mispronouncing words, was uninspiring and frankly, a little annoying. In addition, some of the assessment questions were misleading, subjective or inaccurate. Too many double negatives are used, which is especially confusing for people who don't have English as a first language.
