Great hire car company and great service.
We Booked the hire car through discovercars.com. Was really happy with the service no extra charges and they didn’t try to sell us anything ! As we had already paid for the excess insurance through reducemyexcess.com.
I was a bit worried about checking it back in but Camilla had us checked out within 5 minutes of the office opening.Great service would recommend.

Worst customer service ever
I had the misfortune to have a flat tyre in the afternoon of the first day of our holiday. This was followed by countless unanswered phone calls, numerous ignored WhatsApp messages, and various broken promises before finally being fixed late on the sixth day. We were only visiting the Lake Garda region for 8 days.
This is probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any company in my life. Avoid this company at all costs.

When I arrived to ECH verona
When I arrived to ECH verona, I easily got my 7 seater car with no issues. It waz very affordable and great to travel in. Great company to deal with. Excellent English by a guy called Filippo Verona.
