I'd give it no stars if I could!

I'd give it no stars if I could!
Grossly overcharged as didn't have the right credit card so 'had' to pay for additional insurance.
Had an issue, which was our fault, but the insurance did not cover ANYTHING so what's the point in having insurance let along this additional 'super' insurance.
Towing & extra milage charged which was included but these were charged as it was 'our fault' what happened to the car.
Terrible experience overall. ZERO HELP FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE.
So what we thought was a cheap car hire turned very very expensive.
Just be aware.

Amazing experience

Amazing experience, great prices and very comfortable car. The service was amazing and the people were very kind. Would definately book again and recomend to friends.
