Really easy experience staff very friendly and car was in great condition.

Paid 285 euro for 10 days, good price very happy. When we came to pickup the car they told us we had to pay a additional 380 euro’s because the name of our credit card was not the same as the driver. When we offered to pay deposit with debit card they told us this was bot possible. So in the end the administration Costs are more expensive then the car itself. See more reviews about this situation, apparantly it isnt clear enough at the Booking site bit they dont do anything scout it because its a good way to earn a lot of money. Scam!

We hired a car at Trapani airport through broker doyouspain. Service at the airport was quick and friendly, and we even got the car a bit earlier than booked.
We got a nice car in the category we booked (not the same) the only drawback that is was full of scratches and bumps.
We delivered the car back at Palermo airport after eight days. Very friendly employees here as well. I was a bit surprised by the very thourough check they did to see if there were more scratches on the car: if you give out a very scratched car don't be picky about one more or less! Of course they didn't find any.
The deposit was also returned within 10 days as promised.

My conclusion: a reputable company with friendly employees and easy going pick-up and delivery service. If it weren't for the scratched car five stars. I would defintely use them again.

Rental was good with no issues. We were 3 hours late for pickup and didn’t call ahead, but they held the car. I’d recommend calling if you have delays. We were hoping for a vw up, but ended up in a kia picanto. It was more fun than we anticipated and was a comparable little hatchback to the vw up. Overall good experience and very reasonably priced.

The company was hard to find but that okay. It was the 12 minutes of checking the car over 3 times on return just to try and catch you out for your deposit!!! Dont use them!
