Very very good service from the moment…

Very very good service from the moment we arrived . Quick turnaround of paperwork and a very high standard of car provided . Booked a medium size and we were given a Skoda kamiq- in mint condition .
Rida was exceptional - meticulous checking the car out and very fair on the return. These guys are VERY TRUSTWORTHY. Would highly recommend and great value too . Thank you for a very pleasant and professional experience !!!

Shocking

Shocking. When I arrived at the rental company they said my payment to economy bookings wasn’t valid so instead of paying the additional 200 I actually paid 600. Aswell as this I paid 500 deposit. I returned the car and the guy looked at me strangely and said oh you don’t want to wait to check the car over , I said my flight is very soon, he looked surprised. At this point I videod the whole car. 3 weeks after , I still hadn’t received my deposit and received a email saying there was scratches on the right hand front wheel arch ( coincidentally the plastic bumper, as well as scratches on the car . To their surprise I sent the video where you can clearly see this scratches were dust , I actually ran my fingers through the dust in the video in two separate parts of the car to show this. The scratch on the front wheel arch they claimed and showed a picture of was clear as day not there , I would go as far as saying that they put it there on the plastic part because they can easily rub it away after their picture was taken. We are now over 2 months since I hired the car , they’ve replied twice to my 8 emails , last time claiming the video doesn’t show the wheel arch scratch and didn’t even mention the scratches they claimed on the side of the car. With clear and obvious evidence I’ve been forced to seek legal advice on this matter. A 6 day car hire turned into over £ 1200 pounds, awful company , 100 % avoid.
