Sales rep lied to me during purchase…
Sales rep lied to me during purchase which ended up with me paying more tax. Now going through trying to get something done with the title and I have been given the run around multiple times with no one seeming to help.
The car was a decent deal but with dealing with all the other stuff is a giant pain, buy somewhere else if you can. The second they sign the contract the post sale support is pretty terrible.
If I could give them no stars I would
If I could give them no stars I would. They are very attentive right up until you make the purchase -- then there is NO communication. I wired my down-payment and now 6 days later they are still saying they have not received it - although my bank says it has gone through. I am begining to think I was scammed!! Will NEVER do business with EchoPark Colorado Springs again.
My advice would be to watch out for add-ons, high interest rates and misleading information.
My advice would be to watch out for their add-ons and interest rates. Echo Park (Duluth, GA) does advertise prices online that are slightly lower than other car dealerships and sellers. I found the car I wanted and it is in great condition. I put a substantial down payment on the car and I have an excellent credit score (over 800). When I went to pick up the car and sign the paperwork, I noticed that the interest rate was competitively high. Also, they added on GAP insurance (which I specifically asked them not to). They also added some kind of exterior warranty that I was lead to believe would cover dents, scratches and dings. Don't be fooled. The exterior coverage offers very little, if anything.
Within a few months, I refinanced with another financial institution at a much lower rate. I also requested a refund for the GAP insurance and eventually received a check.
Echopark Marietta, GA
After shopping for cars online I saw competitor Echo park. I called for an appointment. I was skeptical, but first impressions mean a lot as my first car to test drive was lined up at the door by Dorian my sales person. He was professional and knowledgeable. I came back a week later and I then compared 3 vehicles all lined up. I made my decision to purchase. I will recommend Echopark.

I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE buying a car at EchoPark in Las Vegas. Marc was very personable and knowledgeable. Car buying made easy. If you need a car, go see EchoPark Marc!
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
9/21 — UPDATE
dealer claims to have fixed the breaks and belly pan .. belly pan is back dragging sounding like I’m dragging a tree branch under my car .. people even stop on the freeway to tell me I ran over something when it’s just “ what they just fixed” and I’m scheduled for another service tomorrow after 9am after driving all the Way here to let them know 45 minute drive… THIS PLACE SUCKS NOT EVEN OFFERED A BOTTLE OF WATER … while waiting … and they just tell the receptionist to tell you whatever they don’t even have the decency to get up and speak with You… They honestly called me asking to change the review … like what the the hell… PLEASE GET YOUR CAR DIAGNOSED BY A 3rd PARTY before purchasing !!!!!! I honestly don’t even want this car anymore but I know it would be hell to give it back
Purchased car Friday9/11 night took forever was there from 2-430 then had to leave.. came back at 7:45 didn’t leave til 10pm .. they don’t take outside financing or checks from your banks/credit union.. ok so scheduled a diagnostic with Audi to make sure the car was fine …. $2500 in repairs needed !!! FRONT Brakes are DONE!! This is crazy, I guess I should’ve done this before.. waiting on someone to reach out to me …
I would not recommend this place to…
I would not recommend this place to someone who is buying a premium car/suv. I bought a Lexus RX350 from them in August - I found several issues with the vehicle - called them - emailed them and never received any response. I also reported them to the BBB and still have not received a response. I want everyone to know - DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM / THORNTON, COLORADO LOCATION!!!
Great experience with no pressure.
We went to test drive a couple different Toyota SUV's when we found a 2021 hybrid Toyota Venza at a great price. The experience at looking at the lot, test driving, and purchasing the Venza was awesome and no pressure at all. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a used car look here.
My experience with Echopark was…
My experience with Echopark was horrible!!!!
Everyone acted like they couldn't be bothered!!!
The sad part is both my friends purchased their vehicles from echopark so they were the ones that brought me believing I would have a great experience. Imagine their disappointment as well.
Super fast
Super fast. I was in and out in about an hour. That is how a car experience should be. Thank you Grey and Thornton, CO echo park.
I had a really good experience today
I had a really good experience today. I bought my first car and Jeremy was really helpful and insightful. I like the all in one service offered at echo park and that I was able to get financing through my credit union. The vehicle is clean and now smells great after a quick wash and some added gas! Would use echo park again!
Excellent service
Excellent service, clean and nice cars. 2nd car i bought at echopark
Vern was an absolute pleasure to work…
Vern was an absolute pleasure to work with. He helped my 16yr old son pick the perfect SUV and went over and above to make sure he was 100% satisfied with it! The whole process was easy and pain free!!
Generation of untrained kids (except for social science and equality))
I found that Thornton EP is a fast talk poorly managed z and millennial dealership.. Many lack social skills yet make $25/hr to sell overpriced (3-6k over KBB) cars.
They keep sending emails asking to sell a car I bought there so I called and they didn't know what to say or how to proceed. As if no one knew EP runs ads..? Their website page designed to value cars and contact sellers is dysfunctional and calling was a waste of time. This is our future folks. The Colorado indoctrinated woke generation in charge.
We had a great experience at Echo Park
We had a great experience at Echo Park. Anthony Holmes was a pleasure to work with. There was never any sales pressure or tactics, and the whole buying process was extremely easy. Loved the chilled vibe at this dealership.
BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!
This is the absolute best place to purchase a vehicle! Relaxed environment, personalized service, honest, no haggling, no hassle, non commission based so there is no pressure, huge selection of vehicles, in house financing, below market prices. You start with one sales associate and stay with them through the entire experience. I was upside-down in my current vehicle, they did an on-site appraisal and I walked out of there with a vehicle that was 2 years newer and 30,000 miles less with all the bells and whistles. Thank you EchoPark and special Thanks to Anthony Holmes, he made the whole experience worthwhile!
By far the best car buying experience
By far the best car buying experience! They will work with you to get you, the car you want; not the one they want to sell. They are not paid on commission but are salary, so you don't have a commission based environment. All vehicles on the lot have no accidents, under 50,000 miles and no older than 5 years. They price all of their vehicles anywhere from 3,000 to 5,000 dollars below Kelly Blue Book and will appraise your trade in on site; accurately.
When I recently purchased a vehicle, I got financing through Echo Park with a great interest rate and the payments exactly where I wanted them; all in only an hour and a half. I was almost disappointed that it was finished so quickly; first time I ever had fun buying a car.
I recommend this experience to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle.
You get what you pay for
UPDATE: You really do get what you pay for. This dealership clearly does not inspect their vehicles with the "190 point inspection" their website advertises. A couple weeks after purchasing it I noticed the breaks were really shaky and squeaky. I took the car back to the service department and they confirmed that two rotors were completely warped and all four brake pads were completely worn down. The person who fixed my car communicated that he had complained about the lack of inspections being performed on vehicles before. I had to pay a real mechanic to verify nothing else on the vehicle had been left ignored.
It also takes them a very long time to process the vehicle registration paperwork. I called to get a new temporary tag while waiting for the registration paperwork to go through. After leaving numerous unreturned voicemails, I was directed to the "internet pre sales dept" who stated they would email me a registration extension I could keep in my car for when I get pulled over. When I asked for a an actual tag for my vehicle, as promised by the sales team I was told "If you're going to make demands I will end this call". What?! Still no replacement tags, and no idea when my vehicle will be registered.
ORIGINAL: Armando did a great job of getting my trade in vehicle inspected while I completed my test drive. The entire process was quick and easy. The trade in value was aligned with my car's market value, and there is no beating the vehicle prices at Echo Park in general. I'm super happy with the service and entire process. I also really love my new car!
