I cannot speak highly enough of this company. I bought a ecig mod online at a great price but unfortunately it was faulty, after speaking to Andrea from thier customer services department I had new Mod delivered the very next day even before i had returned the faulty item. Will definitely use them again.

First time user of this site. Very pleased. I purchased an Innokin Sensis and I had free delivery and a free e-liquid and arrived very quickly. Will definitely use again and I recommend. Great deal of choice of kits and juice.

1st purchase With this company. I only stumbled across this site through searching ‘best online stores for vapes uk’ couldn’t believe the price of what I ordered a SMOK IPX-80 free delivery over £15 which is fab. I ordered on a Saturday and delivered on a Tuesday am well impressed thanks no probs with vape but have only taken out of box and it’s fab

This is the best vape company in the U.K. Hands down! I had an issue with a product and after some emails and calls, it was sorted above and beyond what I could’ve imagined! Grant and Andrea were so kind and helpful and I wish everyone would use them for all their vaping needs. My only issue is they don’t sell my favourite juice - Old Pirate but hey, no ones perfect! I’ll still buy all my other vape products from here. Oh and delivery is fast!!

Delivered within 2 days of ordering, even when I order at around 12am! Fantastic customer service also, answered all my queries within 30 minutes of emailing. Definitely recommend.

My new ecig arrived today. Lot sooner than i expected. This is the second one ive purchased and both as described. Excellent service, excellent item. Wouldnt purchase from anywhere else. Ive been let down a lot in the past with companies promising they are first class items. But not with this company. They are exactly as described and received excellent service.

I received my order and opened the box to find out the vape did not work.
I e-mailed the customer service team and received a prompt reply with many apologies. They asked for a video of the vape not working, (as any reputable company would) and then replied after I’d sent it saying that they had sent out a new one for me and that they apologise again. Wonderful customer service. Will definitely be using ecigarettedirect for any future vape purchases I may need to make!

Tbh it was alright after I cleaned it with a tissue from chasers toilets and spit. I feel like I love this vape and I highly recommend as long as you have tissues (and a level 2 diploma in engineering (advanced )) from kibb groves (add me up peace out mofo)

Excellent price and excellent delivery.
I had an issue with the MOD I purchased and the customer service and response time was incredible.
I was asked to send a video showing the issue and a replacement was sent the next day.
