My order didn't even get delivered, I placed my order on the 14th then I received an email on the 15th saying its been delivered but obviously it hadn't. So I emailed their customer support and they said they'll send my order again. Its been 3 working days and still haven't received it even though my order was over £20 so it should've been tracked 24. This is a joke!!!

E-cigarette Direct - a reliable and great customer service
This was the time I’d used E-cigarette Direct and I was impressed with them. Apart from the very good price I paid for my aspire pockex vape and the free vape liquid, the customer service was excellent as they confirmed my order within hours of ordering. They also updated me on the progress of the order so I knew when to expect it. I would happily recommend using this company and I’ve since bought 2 more vapes for future use to take advantage of the price of the vapes.

It says monday - friday 8am till 5:30. I sent them an email first thing Friday morning as i have a problem with a brand new vape kit bought two days prior. Was hoping to get a reply same day as I didn’t want to have to wait till the following week for a response.
Rather annoyed- however their delivery is very speedy just the vape I received is faulty. Now i am without a vape. And waiting for a solution on the matter.
No need to go anywhere else
I've been buying my liquids here for years. The service is just great and keeps getting better. More recently I've been getting next day delivery for free but even before that the deliveries were quick and reliable. I also get my coils here now and I've had a few mods delivered too. Everything genuine and new.
I had one issue once where they'd sent me the wrong flavour liquid (similar name) and customer service were very quick to rectify the problem.

Great communication, speedy shipping and keen prices. Team responded to my email quickly (leaving the customer support persons name rather than 'kind regards' would have been a nice touch).
My only bugbear is the website - payment and shipping address section is confusing.

I purchased a new Aspire Tigon Kit for £29.99 which arrived quickly but leaked after only two days of use.
I reported this by email together with photos which clearly showed the extent of the leakage (the full tank was empty afterwards) and where it was coming from. I received a prescribed response asking what e juice I was using etc and where the pen was leaking from. seriously?
I emailed back that the photos clearly evidenced where the leak was and further that I have been vaping for five years using the same e juice without any problems at all from cheaper devices (£10 - £20) and requesting a return label and full refund upon receipt.
The reply suggested troubleshooting the device (I don’t think so. A new device should work properly and if it does not be either replaced or refunded depending on the buyer’s preference) but that I was welcome to return the kit and attached a post paid label then added that 72 hours would be required to process and test the item after which I would be contacted.
Again, really?
I have posted back the device and will update this review with the outfit’s response.
In the meantime, I have made it clear that I am more than prepared to take the matter to court if needs be.
AVOID.

Brilliant, customer service. I wanted a new mod and even though I have used other ecig sites I was sucked in by ecigarettedirect.com s website. Easy to read and order. Plus I got a free liquid and free delivery. Anyways, I ordered a vapepoo X Pro and got sent a vapepoo S Pro. Got in touch and they dispatched within the hour. Can't say farer than that.
