thank you! super fast delivery came next day. The product was well priced and a free juice. It’s just a shame I lost it when I was round the bend in Benidorm.

Good prices, good customer service

This is the only store I use because the prices are good, genuine products, delivery is prompt, and when Ive required it, the customer service is 10/10 - you actually get to speak to real people who respond in good time.

Excellent customer service

I’ve been using this company for several years now and they are perhaps the best internet company I’ve delt with in terms of customer service. The products are excellent but this review is about how they treat their customers. There was an error with my latest order (never happened in 4 years). Whoever dealt with it made sure that I received what was missing on a Sunday of all days. Excellent, excellent service. 😊

Excellent service

While placing an order I called to seek guidance on which coil would be best and spoke to Andrea who patiently explained the best coil to suit my requirements, and although my order was places mid afternoon I received my Kits at 9:45 the next morning. I would highly recommend for there customer service, price and speedy delivery

Excellent customer service from Andrea

I have used ecigarettedirect.co.uk for a few years to buy replacement tanks, batteries and coils and always had a quick speedy service from them.

I ordered 2 replacement Nautilus tanks a week ago and the following day my order arrived but unfortunately it was wrong, they sent me 2 disposable Go2 tanks. I contacted customer support and within 15 minutes I received a reply from Andrea at customer support who was extremely helpful and apologetic for the mistake. She told me to keep the 2 disposable tanks and assured me that my 2x Aspire Nautilus tanks would be posted out immediately. True to her word my tanks arrived the following morning.
I was extremely impressed with how quickly and professionally my issue was dealt with and would like to thank Andrea at customer support for this 👏 how rare nowadays to receive such excellent customer service. Thank you Andrea 😊

Best online vape shop

My go to for vape kits, pods & oil, I’ve been using this site for years now, There prices are second to none & delivery is always within 24 hours.
There customer service is spot on, they contact you within the hour,by phone, if there’s any queries regarding you order, too marks all round👍

First class customer service

I had problems with a piece of faulty equipment and the customer services team were prompt, friendly, efficient and always keen to help sort the problem as quickly as possible. I was anticipating the usual pushback which most companies seem to have by default but it never happened. They were keen to understand the problem and always quick to address it. This sort of customer service is rare. Very rare. So it’s my pleasure to tell you that should anything go wrong - and the fault was nothing to do with them - you’ll receive first class customer service at every step. Ecigarette Direct genuinely earned my gushing thanks and respect - and I’m rarely impressed by companies’ customer service so this means something!

All coils lately have been faulty

All pods lately have been faulty, for my device the pods have been leaking and burning out within a day. Never had this problem in the past but lately 4 packs all the same wont be back again as a waste of money.

After having spoken with the companies customer service they have apologised for the recent faulty pods and have given troubleshooting advice aswell as a replacement, customer service on point. Hopefully the next lot of pods wont leak or burn out so quickly.

Great company and products

Great company and products. Customer Service is absolutely excellent. Phone line is manned and calls answered straight away. Query on my order was sorted immediately. First class service, really refreshing to deal with people who actually care about their customers. Would highly recommend.

COIL PROBLEMS

WE have been buying from e direct for a fair time now but what ever coil for what vape it s same problems LEAKING COIL and now just recently purchased 4extra luxe x and each one pact up after one day also we have never had a discount code we must have spent hundreds of pounds with e light direct RUBBISH PRODUCTS would buy from differant seller but do not no any recommended suppliers regards mike

Brilliant Customer Service

I bought a new MOD from E-Cigarette Direct and it malfunctioned after a week. Called their customer service about 3pm yesterday and was helped by Emily & Dawn. Uploaded a video to show the problem and they immediately replaced the faulty item asking me to recycle the faulty Mod rather than having to post it back. The replacement arrived by post 10.30am next morning!
Brilliant, helpful & friendly customer service (what else would one expect from Wales).
In future I will buy all my Mods from them.
