Absolutely brilliant

Placed an order yesterday at 12.04pm and arrived safely today at 14.38pm. You can't get much better than that.

Whenever I've previously bought from Ecigarettedirect the service has always been brilliant. Seems like a nice, well run family business.

I bought an Endurance T18 II from Neath…

I bought an Endurance T18 II from Neath which is 10 miles from Glynneath where I live. It was fully charged so I primed a coil and it worked well for the rest of the day. So I charged it for the next day. When I started to use it the one-off button was faulty it stayed on after my drag. The next morning it didn’t work. I changed the coil but nothing. I went back to Neath at 10.00 but it was closed. I went for a. Cup of tea but it was still closed. I went home and it still didn’t work, what a fiasco

I bought one Innokin

I bought one Innokin - Adept Mod - Black and was faulty on first charge. Didnt want charge and stayed Red. Spoke to customer service and they refused to send me a replacement until i send mine, they will check it first. They want me to stay without smoking for few days. If i know I can stop for few days then i might quite.
Bad for sending me a faulty one, you should test before sending.

Excellent service

Excellent customer service as always.
I have left a 5 star review previously and have places orders since,never any problems. Unfortunately a few weeka ago my husbands Smok S2 stopped charging, contacted customer service and after sending the device back(my camera on phone was broken at time)they replaced within a few days -fab!
Then last week my Smok device also stopped working,i emailed and spoke with a lady called Dawn, i was able to send a video this time as requested and answered a few questions about the device and Dawn immediatley agreed to send out a replacememt opption as my original device is no longer stocked. Dawn was super friendly, efficient and helpful? Even though my warrantywas slightly out of the 3 months (by a few days) she could have refused to fix/replace but instead went above and beyond to help me and it was all done within a few hours back and forth via email and even better my device arrived the next morning by 11am. This company really are worth 5 stars and I have and will continue to reccomend to others i know who vape. I always say great customer service should be shouted about/applauded. Thanks so much Dawn for been so brilliant you are definitely an asset to your company, go ask for a bonus as you deserve one!!🌟⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟

Bought several Smok n19s about 5 months…

Bought several Smok n19s about 5 months ago.First one stopped taking a charge.After contacting them they had me jumping through hoops asking me for detailed descriptions and videos etc only to be told there’s only a 3 month warranty.Trading standards taking up case

Poor service and customer support

I ordered through this company as my tank had just packed in and they said on their website that if I ordered by a certain time it would be next day delivery. I am currently on crutches and unable to walk very much so delivery was necessary. I was sent an email telling me it would be delivered within a 1 hour time slot. I waited in all day and didn’t get a single update to tell me my delivery would not arrive that day. My delivery arrived after 3 days which is when I emailed the company explaining my issue. Firstly they took no responsibility and tried to blame their courier, secondly they didn’t even acknowledge the fact I had wasted a whole day waiting for my delivery. They then said I was not entitled to any compensation as 3 days was “within their timescales and expectations for delivery.” If this is the case then don’t claim next day delivery and blame the courier that you use! I am fed up with companies lying, blaming others and getting away with what they want at the expense of the customer. I will obviously not be using this company in the future and hope I can prevent others from experiencing the same problem.

Fantastic customer service from Maya

Fantastic customer service from Maya. I had a vape that stopped working. Spoke to Maya at 4pm and sent her a video of the faulty device. She replied within minutes and sent out a replacement that arrived the next day.

I've used E-cigarette Direct now for a few years. I can honestly say that no company, NO company, even comes close to their friendliness, courtesy or helpfulness when it comes to customer service. Maya, Andrea, Dawn and others have all been impeccable. I too had issues with some liquids I purchased. The nozzles were not good. I emailed the company to point out the issue, in a friendly manner, just so they were aware. Replacement bottles were sent out, free of charge and prechecked prior to sending. Issue sorted. No hassle. Maybe others should be more gracious before leaving bad, unnecessary reviews. Being nice goes a long way. E-cigarette Direct are friendly and helpful. A VERY highly recommended company.

Superb customer service from Alice

Superb customer service from Alice!
Order had been cancelled after placing online due to issues on payment website and it not completing after timing out.
Alice reordered all items for me, as it would’ve taken forever for me to find and re-add them all (no function to re-order or copy basket)
Alice was very friendly and chatty, really helpful, just the person you need for your customers!

Outstanding customer service

I’ve been using this company for a few months and give them five stars for excellent customer service. My vape stopped working and I contacted them. They were quick to reply in person and offer suggestions and solutions. After one mail back to show the vape and it’s problem they sent me a new one to replace that arrived the very next day and also a prepaid label to send the old one back. Excellent service and just how a good company should be run. Thank you in particular to Maya the advisor that dealt with the problem so efficiently.

5* customer service

I would use these guys again for the customer service alone, I made a few mistakes with my online order, quickly resolved over chat, then even got a curtsy call to make sure everything discussed was correct. 5* the only regret is I can't remember the girls name who helped me, as she has gained this company a loyal customer. I hope they can find out somehow. Thanks again 😀
