Used Ecigarettedirect for years and never had a problem.
But my recent order was disappointing first the nozzles on the bottles have been changed and its very difficult to squeeze the liquid out, you now have to push a needle through the nozzle to get the liquid out. Ok a problem but not the end of the world, just inconvenient.
The reason for 2 stars is the liquid I've used for a very long time, Manic Mango has been changed to a much weaker version of what it used to be, watered-down would be the best way to describe it, it just doesn't taste the same. Hate it when company's do this.

Emily was quick at dealing with my issue even though my order was already being processed. Changed my item out for me and was very polite. Made me feel at ease knowing if i have any issues in the future they would easily sort them.
Absolutely brilliant customer service
I have used ecigarette direct for quite a while now and recently had a problem with a mod. This issue was very quickly rectified by an extremely helpful staff member (Emily).

Incredibly fast delivery and exactly what I ordered, slight issue with the vape after a week of use but Dawn at customer service offered to send a replacement immediately, vape seems to have sorted itself for the moment but I'm confident in the customer services to get it sorted if it goes wrong again.

Gave up smoking end on Jan 2023, started using the Aspire zelos 3 and Coolfire Z60 MTL and couldn't get on with them. Popped into the Cardiff store this evening and bought the Geekvape max 100, 6 bottles of shortfalls, spare coils and a battery, spent just over £150 and the extremely helpful and knowledgeable Anastasia made this purchase so easy, free nic shots provided and was kind enough to even mix all my juice in the store. Good company, clunky website.
Been a customer for some while now and on the whole quite happy. A great range of products, reasonably priced, quick delivery and great customer service. The website though is clunky and slow particularly when trying to add to your basket. Annoyingly, almost every time I place an order the system duplicates it and sends me two confirmation emails with different order numbers, though thankfully only takes one payment from my bank account. This means I have to get in touch to confirm which is relevant and get the other cancelled, the customer service guys are always apologetic though.
They've been threatening us with a new improved website for some time now but it's yet to materialise! Hopefully when it does it'll address these issues with, what is in every other respect, a good company to deal with.
