They sell all the spare parts I need, the brands of e-liquid that I like and they send their parcels *very* fast. I order on Monday morning and it arrives less than 24 hours later with free postage (over £25). What's not to like?

Amazing customer service and great value products
I ordered my first Vape kit recently and was completely stuck on what product to get, the different strengths and wattages etc and no idea which liquids to buy, I hated it the first time I used it and emailed customer support for advice, they were all amazing, fast to respond and told me everything I need to know to find the perfect vape. They also supplied me with different pods and liquid to try and suggested products as close to a disposable vape as possible. I now have the perfect vape and liquids for me and just want everyone to use this company as they are so kind and helpful and great value products too. I won't shop anywhere else for my vaping needs thank you all so much!

Top class service!!! I made a complete hash of my order, don't know how I managed it but I did (my laptop entered my old email address which is no longer in use, and I didn't realise lol) I started to panic because I'd not received a confirmation email after an hour or so. I suffer from anxiety and always assume the worse so I emailed them and within 20 minutes of pressing send, my phone went. It was a lovely lass called Andrea (I think) and she was brilliant, put my mind at ease straight away, and explained the confirmation email was sent to the wrong email (yes, that I had used) she transferred the order over to my usual email address and everything was pretty fast after that. Thought it was above and beyond to call me on a Saturday just to make sure I wasn't panicking all weekend, super service. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. And Andrea needs a raise!! placed an order on the website only for the order to be repeated 4 times, have checked my bank and there is a hold on the money have contacted them and awaiting a reply, their automated service has placed 5 orders for the same products and taken the money, lets wait and see how they refund me.

Brilliant from the get go!
Placed an order on the weekend and made 2 extra duplicate orders, emailed the customer service email and got a reply on the weekend even though they wasn’t open.
Explained it was a duplicate order payment hadn’t been taken but my original order was still there.
All in all customer support is impeccable, friendly staff and brilliant products! Will be returning for my mod and coil needs!

Great products wide selection
Great products wide selection. Also had trouble with a couple of parcels (not company’s fault) dues to Royal Mail strikes one just keeps bouncing from sorting room to sorting room. So emailed e cigarette and they have sent another order out. Fingers crossed I get this one.

The pods began leaking so i contacted them and the woman i spoke to Emily was very pleasant and sent me out 2 new coils and a pack of pods. Fastest delivery i have ever had! Only ordered yesterday afternoon on way home from town, because my normal vapeguy ran out of stock, and i was too lazy to go back into town today when he would have the stock back in. Ordered of ECigaretteDirect.co.uk, and item was at my door first this morning for me waking up. Over 500 miles to Scotland for next day delivery. PERFECT. I would highly recommend. And better yet, if i combine the money i’d need for bus into town and for the pods i’d ordered. It still worked out cheaper. Cheers guys! Fantastic service!
