Dodgy Novo 4
I ordered a Smok Novo 4 on the 1/11/22, i paid extra for next day delivery and i didn’t even get a tracking number until i asked why i did not have one. When my device arrived a day late i filled my pod up with liquid and the first few drags tasted burnt, i try 3 other e-liquids and still the same result, i decided to change my coil and fill it up with more juice, again same burnt taste. I also realised there is a buzzing noise comint from each inhale leading me to believe i’ve recieved a dodgy product even after if arriving late, overall 1/10 and completely unprofessional and overall a really bad experience with them.
Updated review: I dealt with customer support and they have now agreed to send me out a new replacement device free of charge which is amazing from then, the start from them was appalling none the less but the final result i’ve got from them is amazing.
Update 2:
I received the replacement device, i had the same issue as the start which was disappointing, i was asked to send them both back for testing which i did so and 2 days later they approved that the devices were faulty and by the next day i had a full refund issued into my account, overall bad products but that is probably down to my luck, but it their customer service is great, fast replies, helpful, and reliable

Consistently well priced
Consistently well priced, I can never find what I'm looking for cheaper. Free delivery over £15.00 and always quick deliver, placed an order on Saturday was delivered Monday.
This was my 3rd order and previous orders were also delivered quickly.

Very disappointed with the service…
Very disappointed with the service rendered at your Abergavenny branch today. It has been a number of years since I last dealt with this store due to living abroad, I previously used them for all my vaping purchases ,even having their products delivered direct to me in France I was always very pleased with products and consistently good customer relations. Last week I decided to go to the branch to buy some replacement coils (from my home to this branch is a 26 mile round trip) I took the old coil and showed it to the female member of staff and she sold me the replacement coils in a sealed carton ,together with other items I needed. On return to my home I opened the packet and proceeded to fit the new coil it was the wrong size. This afternoon at approximately 1440 I returned to the Abergavenny store , the shop was closed and a number of people were waiting outside for the shop to open . Some 20 minutes later the female assistant who had originally served me arrived from within the shop interior and opened the door . On being served I explained to her that she had sold me the incorrect product and I asked her to physically open the packet this time in order that the item could be verified. On verification she said that there would be a £3 surplus for me to pay.. I said to her that it was no fault of my own that I had been sold the wrong item and asked if this surplus could be forgone as ,due to her error ,I had been obliged to complete another 26 mile trip .. she said ‘no’ and added ‘at least you have had a ride out ‘ !!!! I did not demean myself and respond to this comment .
Finally ,I am saddened that such a fine business seems to have fallen by the wayside .. I will certainly not wish to give them my business in the future.

Bad customer service, Doesn’t care about customer satisfaction.
E-cigarette Direct are Fast to deliver your items but they certainly aren’t fast at accepting them back for an exchange or offering a refund. I ordered a Innokin Sensis ( EZ ) After reading online that it’s exactly the same as the Innokin Sensis apart from a so called improved change of the tank and a few colour changes given to the EZ range, the mod and technology functions of the devices were said to be the exact same.
Upon the arrival of my Innokin Sensis EZ I was quick to notice the Coil+ feature wasn’t on the devices menu, I asked why this was as that was the main reason I purchased the device which caused a bit confusion to the seller for which they asked to see a video of my device’s functionality and to do some checking up online to then come back to me to be told the Sensis EZ doesn’t have the coil+ function anymore they removed it even though it cost more than the standard Innokin sensis, and that they are sorry I wasn’t aware of this device not having the function on it anymore, I was lead to believe it came with it but because I have opened it I am now stuck with it and they won’t be accepting an exchange of device and that it was blatantly my own fault for purchasing the wrong device.
Us as customers can only go on the information given to us about a device before we buy it on the website, it also doesn’t mention that the sensis Ez doesn’t come with the ( coil+) feature anymore either we are just to know that by ourselves it sounds like, I was told to make sure to check out the manufacturers websites of items before I buy them also in future.
So yeah I was left with a device that failed to have the main function I wanted on it, a device I don’t even particularly like or will I even use.
I had to spend more money after a day of ownership of this newly purchased device to buy a different better device I was actually happy with but I made sure I bought it elsewhere not from here who clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction or loyalty.
The Innokin sensis didn’t wow me at all despite their giving it a number 1 spot in a list of best of pod mod vapes, it is utter garbage, the whole device is a gimmick I felt of the improved flavours and longevity of coils and the F0 hertz function to improve flavours in mixed flavour liquids, it’s all a big gimmick save your cash and don’t buy it. And I feel sorry for the next person who ends up buying the kit thinking it has the coil+ function to find out it doesn’t like what happened to me because E-cigarette Direct will just say it’s your own fault and leave you with it even though I sent the proof of online evidence showing that the Innokin sensis ez says it’s the same as the original sensis and has the coil+ feature I highlighted those vital bits of information on the sent images. It’s safe to say I won’t be a returning customer to them, I told them this as well but they didn’t care, they will hold onto their strict non return policies to keep your money and leave you unhappy unless your device blows up essentially that’s the only way they would offer an exchange it would seem, it’s really bad patter and not very fair customer service for instances like this of honest crossed/false information mishap that shouldn’t really be put down to the purchasers own fault.

Five Stars All Round
First of all, these guys definitely offer the most competitive prices I have come across in the online vape market. I literally couldn't find the mod or the juice I wanted cheaper elsewhere. With prices this good and free shipping, I assumed that the service would be average at best and would probably have to wait a week or so for my order or perhaps be told that the items I wanted were out of stock or something like that. Boy was I happy to be wrong! Even with a bank holiday on the day of my order, I still got my order straight away and their communication back and forth via email (which is highly important to me) was fantastic. With great products, great price, great comms with the staff and free shipping on my order...I'm not quite sure what better service anybody could want really. Highly recommended. 5 stars from me!

They have sent the wrong liquids in the past the caliburn G2 I bought a while ago stopped working already... Sadly this place is a scam and I would stay away

Pathetic Customer Service
They have a pathetic Customer Service! I ordered 15 Virginia Tobacco eliquids and I've received a Vanilla Tobacco order: I don't know who is in charge of the quality check but considering that inside the order’s envelope there is the invoice too (where it's highlighted the kind of liquid the CU orders and there is a big difference between the Vanilla e Virginia colour’s boxes) you should improve the service, the manual quality check was missed (for the second time!). I’ve picked up the phone asking for arranging a special delivery with the ordered liquid but not only they didn’t guarantee the NDD (keep in mind they advertise the 24h delivery!) but also request to return firstly their wrong order (or to provide a pic of the wrong order supplied before sending another delivery). The lady on the phone was really cold and with mechanic responses, the guys on the chat seemed machines without any empathy, interested only to receive back the wrong order. Consider that I’m a weekly CU with several monthly orders and that (wrong order) happened twice (so they know that I sent back their goods!), really annoyed by this behaviour and lack of professionalism! I ordered on Tuesday (06.00 am) and received my order On Saturday (So much for NDD!).
