Brought jeans, first time put on debit card and typically all wrong. Far too big, contacted many times for size switch and no response. Doubt my bank will do anything, terrible service please avoid!!

If I can not even one star I be giving !! Wish I saw these feedback before I bought from them! The quality was trash, looked nothing like the photos, had to pay for return. They then refused to collect it from customs therefore refusing to give me a refund! They're complete SCAMMERS AND CON ARTIST

Steal pictures from other sites to advertise clothes. Stuff they send is cheap shit. Also demand any returns are recorded delivery. To china! Avoid ordering anything from these utter chancers

Glossy website with low grade products. I wouldn’t buy anything from this company, I guarantee you will be disappointed. After a two week wait for delivery from china, the shorts I ordered arrived. They looked completely different to the pictures, they were think low quality material and much smaller than expected. Customer service has been the worst I've ever experienced.

Wish I had read this first …… absolute crap and they’re not interested in returns! Thought because it was a bit more expensive that it wouldn’t be the usual tat but it was! Please save your money shop elsewhere

Ordered a jacket was the wrong size asked to exchange for different size they said they need the original back, sent it back at my expense in dec to China!!! It got sent back to my address and they have ignored all emails since and have not refunded me inline with there returns policy

Cheap and FAKE I ordered a size XXL it’s a size M and they won’t return my emails so I am left with a shit that is to small , I think it’s a fake company

I received 2 items today £90 worth and they are nothing like the pictures advertised and the quality is terrible.Reading other posts I won’t waste my time and money sending them back and I’m almost to embarrassed to take them to a charity shop there that bad… I just hope your reading this before you place an order instead of like me after it. Do not purchase anything from this company! They advertise 14 day return, 7 day refund policy, all lies! I purchased two jackets, size large, they were tiny not true to size, after many emails and being asked to sell them on myself!? They finally sent me a return address, which I sent in December 2024, they returned them back to me in April 2025! They are now refusing to answer my emails, this site needs to be taken down!

Third reply from the company and still no information on how I can get a refund and where to send the dresses. In the last email they wanted me to choose something else from the site to avoid me having to pay return postage and taxes. This time they wanted to know why I wanted a refund. I had explained why in my first email: poor quality material, poor finish in dresses and they looked nothing like the photos online. Also stain on one. I enclosed photos as proof. So I have sent all this again. No doubt they will reply with another excuse. So fed up. Just want my money back. Do not buy from this company.

Items are shipped from hongkong so take forever to arrive - no mention of timescales when ordering. When products eventually arrived the sizing was all completely off and the quality of material was incredibly poor. Aftercare is non existent - had one response asking for photo evidence of the issue then no responses following providing this despite chasing numerous times. Complete con - do not use!! Down c£150

This company is bogus. Do not use at any cost.
There is a main holding company who has registered lots of smaller companies, these companies all have websites selling the same items. The items are photographed to look amazing but arrive from China and are cheap and nasty.
I ordered from a company called Vorina which has now closed after I tried to get a refund for around 5 months. I ordered 2 shetland knit jumpers and received 2 machine made pieces of crap. I asked for a refund but was offered 25% off which I did not accept. I ended up returning the items at my own cost but still received no refund. Absolute scam.
The smaller company websites are all very similar, re-skinned to look different with different names but all selling the same or similar products. A few to look out for are Grace Aura, Glasskin and Thomwood. These are selling the exact same items I purchased, using the exact same photographs.
I am onto them.

What a bad website keep lying saying they going to give me a refund since 9/04/25 don't buy off them. they keep your money and say we give vouchers or order something ele which will be out of stock

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. The products are not as shown, refund is impossible, customer service is satisfactory until you request a returns/refunds and it becomes non existence. Product is from CHINA but shop address on site states Netherlands. STAY CLEAR FROM THIS SHOP. I tried returning items and they will not collect it from customs and so was returned to me after 6months.

Do not order from this company, they ignore you completely if you ask for a refund. I returned my very shoddy item to China and got it sent back to me, 3 months later. Now they do not reply to any correspondence. Be warned they are scammers.

I strongly advise against ordering from this company. Not only do the products ship from China (something not made clear upfront), but my order never arrived. Customer support was extremely poor—most of my emails were ignored, and when I did get a response, they refused to issue a refund. When my card issuer stepped in to recover the funds, the company falsely claimed the item had been delivered and denied any record of my communication with them. Completely untrustworthy—avoid at all costs.
