If it was possible to give a negative amount of stars I would. The customer service is abismal and sizing completely inaccurate. I returned 2 shirts to the address provided 2 months ago and it still has not been refunded. The package was attempted to be delivered multiple times. I have chased it multiple times!

Please DO NOT BUY from this company. Delivery is very slow. Quality of clothing is beyond shocking. Customer service is non existent. I am trying to return my unopened item, there is no return address in the packaging, and I am sending email after email and getting no response. They should be investigated by UK consumer rights and shut down

I made the mistake of buying from them in early October 2024. Only after placing my order did I realise they were based in China. The items arrived about two weeks later, but what I received was nothing like what was shown on their website. The quality was poor and definitely didn’t match what they advertised – not in style, fit, or price.

I emailed them, as stated in their terms and conditions, to request a return because the items were low quality and the sizes were all wrong. It took them around two weeks to reply – and that was after I chased them several times. When they finally responded, they asked me to send photos, which I did. They then offered me a 50% discount to use on future purchases. I declined – I didn’t want to buy anything else from them.

They said I could return the items to their warehouse in China, but warned it could take 2–3 months and that I’d have to cover the postage myself. I went ahead and returned the items anyway, at my own cost – nearly £40 – on 30 October 2024.

To my shock, on 7 April 2025, the same items were returned to me!

I’m now contacting them again to find out why they sent the items back. This whole experience has been a nightmare and feels like a complete scam. They delay everything so that by the time you realise what’s happened, it’s too late to claim through your credit card.

I honestly can’t believe they’re still in business. Don’t waste your time or money – you’ll only end up disappointed and out of pocket!

If I could put zero stars , even that would be to much. This company is one of the poorest I have ever ordered from. Thier sizes are very true and when you ask to return an item they ask question after question and then photos. They ask you to pick something else because they say it would cost to much to return. When you have picked something they then keep asking for item numbers ect. That then goes on and on , as they have no intentions of replacing the item. Please please don't order from this company, in my impression they should be reported to customer consumers, and shut down.

Do not buy from this company ever.

The clothes are poor quality and won’t fit regardless of what size you buy.

They have no returns policy and will do everything to avoid providing a refund.

The clothing items are horrific and they don’t even bother trying to refund you! I emailed the company to tell them i wanted a refund and they were replying for a bit and then all of a sudden stopped replying! F**king disgrace ! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

DO NOT purchase anything from this bunch of charlatans. Unless you want to throw money away. Clothes don’t fit, customer service is absolutely diabolical. I hope they lose all of their money.

I have still not heard a word from this company since my parcel I returned to them, arrived back on my doorstep unopened. So a time span of 4 months at postal cost of £10 on an item worth £42. All for nothing. They have no customer service policy, other than to ignore you. Do not buy anything from this company be warned.

I ordered a track suit in 3XL and the item arrived and the size was extra small and poor quality, also no labels were on the garment .On asking for a refund I got a fast email response asking for a picture of me wearing the tracksuit, impossible as tiny! Have continued to ask for a return label and refund with no response from this company. Don't order from this site you will only be disappointed and out of pocket.

They look like a legit UK site but they are in China. The product I received, looked nothing like the picture, the size was wrong. It was cheap garbage. Not even good enough to use as a duster. You contact customer services who don't want to give you arefund and then they ignore you. Avoid like the plague.

An absolute joke of a site. They sent clothes i would not give to a charity shop . Absolutely nothing like their photos on their website. I contacted my bank who returned my money to me. Do not ever use this site for anything it is an absolute sham company who will send you a shoe lace rather than a shoe. Steer well clear.

The quality of the garments is truly terrible and the company hasn’t responded to my emails regarding a refund. I wish I could post photographs as evidence!

The worst place I’ve ever ordered from, they do not accept refunds even though they have a refund policy, they ignore emails for weeks on end they’re absolute frauds! Took £60 off me and can’t get it back, disgusting robbing people

PLEASE DO NOT USE.
I never received my goods, kept saying in transit for days.
I was able to claim my money back from my bank Monzo bank as they initiated a dispute with them.

Having placed an order on the basis of their stated delivery timeframe of 8 to 12 days, I was compelled to chase the company on days 14, 21, and 28—each time to no avail. On day 32, they finally responded, informing me that the item could not be dispatched.

Despite their failure to fulfil the order, they refuse to issue a refund, instead offering only a voucher equivalent to the amount paid. This is wholly unacceptable. I have since demanded a full refund, yet my correspondence has been ignored.

This company’s conduct is appalling and entirely unworthy of consumer trust. They should not be permitted to trade.

Avoid them at all costs.

Like a lot of others, I can't understand why I didn't look up this company on Truspilot before ordering. Feel like an idiot. The problems I encountered:
1. The description of what I ordered did not match what was sent (in terms of materials and material quality)
2. Their pictures are AI generated, not real people / models wearing the clothes (so of course the pictures don't match what was sent!)
3. They say "free delivery within UK" to make you think their warehouse is in UK but in fact it is Hong Kong, and they insist on you paying the cost of shipping any returns back to Hong Kong
4. Delivery took 4 weeks (rather than 2 weeks indicated).
5. They try as much as possible to delay your refund process if you ask for one (I asked for refund, they asked for a picture of the clothes, I sent and asked again for refund, they offered for me to buy anything else on their site, I insisted on refund and they offered a discount on me purchasing other clothes)

I've since had the charge reversed on my credit card on the basis that I was misled into buying clothes that were falsely displayed and described and advertised. In these circumstances, you are entitled to a refund and you should not have to bear cost of returning items (Consumer Rights Act 2015).

I've asked them to send me a freepost label or have a courier come to collect their clothes. I've got my money back and I'm waiting for their response (my guess is they don't bother to respond to me or pay for their poor quality items to be returned to them). I'll update this if anything further happens.

I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing crap from this website. I saw this nice tracksuit and I was looking forward to rocking up to the gym in my sexy new tracksuit. Lo and behold, when it arrived, I wished it hadn’t. I was shocked, it was basically a poorly made pair of pyjamas. What a scam.
