I have been a customer for a few years now and whether I've brought something from the lives or via the website, both the service and the products have always been amazing. The crystals are of such high quality at such reasonable prices. A lot of my witchy items have come from this company and they are all as described and arrive safely and in good time. Hi Sarah, we are so sad to hear you aren't happy with a product, but we have had no communication at all, on any platforms regarding this, also the moonstone rings where in stock in 2023 and not this price strangely, so if you have proof of purchase, we will happily give you a refund. We have 100% customer service happiness, and we strive to always provide our customers with the most wonderful shopping experience. We can also confirm that our silver is solid 925 silver, but we do also sell costume jewellery pieces at under £10 which aren't silver, which would make sense if you had got it wet, it would leave a small green patch. But as previously said, the first we have heard about this is on our Trustpilot and a product that hasn't been in stock since last year. Please do reach out if you would like to resolve this matter, if you do have proof of purchase 💜
