Beautiful shop, products and EWC team!
Where do I begin with the shop and the amazing Leah and the EWC team. The shop is an incredible experience within itself with beautiful and unique items everywhere you look of the highest quality. You can find everything you need at EWC from herbs to decorative pieces. The shop has a beautiful warm and friendly vibe as soon as you walk through the door and the EWC team are always happy to help with any queries and help guide you in what you might be looking for. Leah also has a gorgeous handmade section of goodies which I highly recommend, her wax melts and candles don’t only look amazing but smell incredible! I would highly recommend this shop to everyone you will not be disappointed.

It’s always a pleasure to shop with Eclectic Witch Collection. The products are top notch and the handmades are superb. Staff are very helpful and polite. Merchandise is well packed for shipping and customer service is prompt as long as you understand they are closed on weekends. I will definitely remain a regular customer.

Hello Samantha, as we replied to your message, we are so sorry to hear that you were taken ill and we wish you a speedy recovery. Sadly when live shopping we have rules, the main rule is payment to be made within 24 hours. otherwise this does result in a ban from the live shopping events. We can not pick and choose who we change the rules for. We have been doing live shopping for 3 years and every live has the rules nice and clear, its also repeated many times during the live event itself. All customers have access to the rules before they purchase in the Facebook events tab. You agreed the rules when you first purchased. As for the no reply on Saturday, we are closed at weekends. The staff picked up your message first thing on the Monday. So sadly in your rule break, you came here and left us a 1 star review. We do understand that people always have personal difficulties, we deeply empathise with that.
Also just to clarify you haven't been ignored, the last contact with you, was us wishing you well, which Facebook shows as read by you.
