I feel that the Eclipse tech team are a part of my family. I've been with the Company from the start when they were Mistral, in Brighton and l have always been treated with friendship and patience. My recent contact with Norbert allowed me to fully understand our new full fibre installation and how best to use it!

Internet problems
I was having problems with my internet connection. Following a telephone call to tech support, I was sent a test router to try. Although this didn’t solve the problem, a further call to AJ at tech support sorted the problem. Well done AJ and Eclipse tech support.

Routed out the problem
I was dreading having to sort out my new router (okay, I'm a technophobe), but bit the bullet and got through to Norbert. His calm, confident attitude and patience immediately made me feel relaxed and within minutes he had identified the problem and voila!.....everything working perfectly. Thank you Norbert.
I've seldom had problems in the many years I've been with Eclipse, but they always listen to their customers and get you the help you need.

A huge thanks to Norbert who came up with the solution and answer to a problem of not getting broadband after an outreach visit. Also long term giving good advice. So a very satisfied customer. Great customer support from Eclipse. I’ve been with Eclipse for as long as I can remember and whenever I’ve needed to contact them I always get through to someone who is helpful and is able to resolve my issue. Worth paying the extra for such good support.

billing error
spoke to Ryan about what appeared to be an error on the latest bill. He confirmed that there WAS an error - not at all happy about that, but Ryan was very helpful and undertook to put it right. Too soon yet to say if that has been done correctly or not
