Eclipse Broadband Upgrade Experience

Internet connection problem
Had an internet connection problem and spoke to Norbert & Michael, who helped with advice within 2 hours and I was able to resolve the issue.
Have been with Eclipse since 2004 and always received a good service. So nice to be able to speak directly with someone and not have to hang on the phone for ages.

My email issue fixed.
I've been an Eclipse customer for many years now. I had a problem with my email so I called tech support and spoke with Woody, he took details and promised to call back later. I took his call and was told my issue had been fixed. A few passcodes later and everything was up and running smoothly, thanks to Woody and the team.

New Router
I had Internet problems which were eventually sorted by Mateo who was very helpful and patient considering it was almost closing time.I have made many phone calls to them recently and I can honestly say I've always got through to someone very quickly.

Woody Saves the Day !
Have been having trouble sending emails. Phoned 3 weeks ago and they said I would get a call from Technical Support and I heard nothing. Was feeling VERY frustrated and disappointed in Eclipse BUT today I got Woody help me and it was an ENTIRELY different experience !! He was completely fabulous .. patient, courteous, committed to helping me and in less than 10 minutes he sorted out the entire problem that has been going on for weeks. I much appreciated that he didn't fob me off saying someone else would ring and stayed with it and got me sorted. He made my day and some of your other staff would do well to shadow him !! Been with Eclipse for a long time now
Been with Eclipse for a long time now, actually nearly two decades, always helpful when issues arise, which is very rare, came to write a review today after phoning for help with a small issue with router setup, a kind gent called Matt had me up and running in a matter of minutes and resolved the problem in no time, all while being polite and explaining what he was doing along the way, thanks Matt. This is why you stay with a company like Eclipse, no 30 mins waiting on phone, just quick direct service from people who know what they are doing.

Problem solved quickly and a new contract
Having called to solve a problem which was solved promptly. I asked further questions about speed and limits. The technician answered some questions and then referred me on to the Sales team. Very helpful and not rushed into a contract. I wanted to think things over I enquired about calling back the next day. I was advised that the young lady was going to be off as it was her birthday , but advised she would leave notes about our conversation. When I called the next day, everything proceeded fine with results.

The Best!
Matt sorted out our concerns regarding our new fibre broadband and telephone supply. He was most helpful and reassuring. In the fifteen years or so we have been with Eclipse that is the standard we have come to expect from this company, who could happily be described as The Best!
