not bad for the money...

the process was long, which i expected since they said as much on their web site. they got the design right, and the quality of the jersey was pretty decent - i'd buy again for sure. the quality of the bibs/shorts are pretty poor - i'd advise against buying them.

Pants appear see through

Took over 1 month before they even posted. They changed the product they use from that displayed on the site/reviewed without letting us know. Thought I was buying the stuff raved about but got black pants that appear see through/skin like with jumbo man padding for ladies medium & first time I zipped up top the zipper split.
Only good for the windtrainer, dont want to shock any riders behind me with my massive see through arse.

All shorts was made by white fabric because we need to print image on it

Repeat order -logo print poor quality

My first order was brilliant. But when I reordered some more of the same design using original design number the printing was much more inferior,looked like a child had drawn the logo.not pleased as I had ordered over £150 of jerseys for friends who had liked the first order

I love the shirt, very good print quality.
the only problem was, it took a long time to finish.

Great Results, But A LONG Wait.

The product is great - the images came out great, and matched my design pretty well. The materials are of good quality and the kit fits really well. I've only used it once, so not sure how it will wear over time, but so far so good.

I only gave 4 stars because it took a VERY long time to get the goods. Normally they say 15 days for production and then 15 days for shipping. I ordered in May, and didn't get my kit until mid-August. Customer service was good in that they explained they had factory issues, but I started to lose faith I was ever going to get my stuff. However, it did ship, and when I finally got it, I loved it!

Incidentally, despite the long wait, I decided to order a winter kit from them, almost immediately after I got my summer kit. Excited to get that - hopefully sooner than 2 months later.

4 months delivery

I have used, eclipse/purple moon before, and didn't have a problem but this year they clearly had some supply issues and took ages to send out my ordered kit.
That said when they had completed the order the sent it airmail rather than surface and its really good value for money. And although I did not have contact at all with them for about 6-8 weeks they didn't just forget me they apologised and sent my kit.
I would use again as hopefully they have things smoothed over now.

Their prices are still good and having no additional cost for single or low orders is really attractive when running a small team or having a one off jersey made.

The long production time :
1. Some one - five sets jerseys order is the low priority order , so the production time is long
2. This May-July , we give our old supplier and produce the clothes by ourself , so almost orders are delay.

"We think your order will be finished this week"...but actually we have no idea and no way to find out.

The finished products were great - especially given the low price point - but oh my gosh, what a stinky experience ordering from this company. From the web ordering interface, which makes you re-enter your product number and customer number each time you select a different size (super tedious when placing a large order for a team), to serious challenges paying with a credit card (probably not a huge issue if you're self-paying but using a corporate card is nearly impossible), there were red flags. But the very worst part was when they didn't even come close to meeting the 30-ish day turnaround time indicated on their website, and they couldn't give me any idea of when to expect our order. The event for which we needed these came and went, and every week I'd enter a Help Desk ticket to check status and receive the same answer: "We think the factory will finish your order this week." Right...We placed our order on June 18 and received it on August 8. You do the math.

We offer the services : GOOD , CHEAP , FAST , but : good + cheap , not fast; good + fast , not cheap ; cheap + fast , not good.

Don't return back to our company anymore , find your US local factory and pay 500+ USD to produce your clothes , bad buyer

Good quality, but ver very poor comunication and too late delivery

The material is ok, so has the finishes.

But lacks a lot on communication, especially when they are 3 months late to send my order...

A completely disaster what matters on timing to send an order, the supposed time was 1 month top to receive my order, I've waited 4 months...

Shure I will order again because I've liked the final result, but next time I'll have to order ir on winter to use it on summer...

great to see your own designs come to life

Easy to use online design. Customer support very good, quick to respond and very helpful. Make sure you give CMYK colour numbers as colours on their colour chart look different on different computers resulting in a different colour end product to what I expected. Sizing also varies slightly as I ordered the same size from a previous order but it was a different fit.

Great kit!

I was a little worried when I first realized I had ordered from outside my country. The order took longer than I expected, but it is totally awesome. We love the fabric the jersey is made of; perfect for hot weather. The color is just what we wanted. The detail in my design is astounding. We are very proud to wear these on the road!

Absolutely awful

The two tops were more than 3 months late, I received no word as to when they would be ready or what was happening even though I asked several times. I am normally a very patient person but this was ridiculous. The only time they showed some interest in finding out where the tops were was when I wrote to cancel the order 5 months after placing it, as I had given up any hope of ever seeing them and was starting to suspect that the company was fraudulent. They also offered no apology for the lateness of the delivery. Also, I ended up moving house towards the end of the 5 month wait, and before I tried to cancel the order gave them a change of address so it wouldn't be delivered to my old house it they were ever going to be delivered. I was informed that this was ok, but when they eventually decided to send the tops they 'forgot' to change the address so I had to inform the shipping company myself, which was a massive hassle for everyone involved. I will never ever come back to your company and I thoroughly recommend that no one else does too

ok product, poor communication

The jersey looked fine but their communication was TERRIBLE. It took longer to get the jersey than the guy told me it would, by a little over TWO WEEKS and when I asked about it and what was going on, the response was " we will email you when it ships"...never answered my question.

Inexpensive and cheap

While Eclipse offers a full kit with custom designs less expensive than anyone else, it is also quite cheap.

I am not impressed by the ink quality especially. The reds all turned out orange and all other colors are very faint.

Order at your own risk of disappointment, these are inexpensive clothes but not necessarily a good value.

Great Shirt - Problems with import!!!

Ordered 2 shirts and was very pleased with the quality of the print and shirt. If the original price at order was all I had to pay then would have given 4/5 stars.

Issues: Item delayed at Parcelforce/customs - I had to pay over £44 to get the item, £13.50 to parcelforce and the rest to HMRC. I have appealed this as £30+ tax on £48 of goods is excessive! I assume this was due to unclear goods value entered on packaging by the supplier. will wait and see!

Sizing - I ordered a 2xl size for me, according to their chart that size should have been too big.....just fits!

If i get some money back from HMRC then I would be satisfied, but otherwise I wont buy again as it makes the goods far too expensive. Its a real shame as I am very happy with the goods.

Long lead time is a complaint by many, but i think it is clearly stated on their web page so no complaint there.

I have had some experience with poor service but never been told that I don't no the difference between the colors Red and ORANGE!!!

I designed and ordered a jersey at the beginning of June. First problem occured when a month passed and I was not able to get any information about the status of the order from the website. I contacted Max and was told that I hadn't paid for it yet. I had to send the order confirmation and contact my bank to verify that Moneybooker(BBB rating F) charged my credit card. Max then put a rush on the order. This jersey was a test jersey for my company cycling team of 15, which I had informed Max in one of many e-mails.
I finally get the jersey and now the problems really start. It's ORANGE not red like my design!!! I contact Eclipse, send a picture of the jersey, send the color codes. Back and forth via email each time to be told and even sugested that I can't tell colors. The jersey that the factory made and sent is Red it will change color if natural light, the flash from your camera makes it look lighter. Someone at eclipse said they would check to see if the factory could remake it. That was two weeks ago and they now won't even respond to any inquiry I make.
PS.
Like my grandfather always told me you get what you pay for. Cheaper is for a reason!!!

Terrible communication and customer service!

WOULD HAVE GAVE 0 STARS IF I COULD

Had my designs agreed and confirmed so placed and paid for my order on 20th June, the companies website says that it will take up to 15 days to produce the jersey so on the 15th July when I had not received any communication I emailed asking for an update. My only reply was a single sentence saying I will receive an email once shipped.

This email never came!

Again on the 20th July I emailed asking for an update as I had received no information about my order. This time I had no reply for three days but instead of telling me that my products were ready to be shipped they responded by asking me to re-send all my designs and logos so they could commence my order.

I asked why they needed this as my jerseys surely should have been manufactured several weeks ago!, to which their response was that the supplier they use to manufacture the jersey had taken the money but not sent the clothing.

I found this very odd as supposably they manufacture and print everything in house!


Luckily for me I paid via PayPal so was able to open a dispute and successfully obtain a full refund.


As they say you get what you pay for!


Definitely would not recommend this company spend a few extra pounds and use a reputable company and get a proper product manufactured and sent in a reasonable time
