The Eclipse center in Staines, the floor in the changing rooms and showers for the pool is not very clean , there's dirt and hair all over the floor.
We had planned a nice afternoon out swimming, but it was not that pleasant. The water in the pool was absolutely freezing. Adults as well as kids were all complaining about it. Also the session was only apparently 45 min, as we arrived 20 min before the session was over, there was not much time to even get used to the water temperature. It was apparently 28 degrees, but no one actually believed it. It's a leisure pool where the water should be 30 degrees.
It was not a nice experience and not think I will get the monthly/yearly pass!

I would like to thank eclipse leisure for helping make this weekend go as smooth as it possibly could! We booked an Italian meal at prima on Friday, Saturday was cocktail making at Revolution and then dreamboys!

Arriving at the hotel we were a little apprehensive but there really was no need! Staff at the holiday inn express on Waterloo street were so friendly and helpful. And the rooms were clean and comfy. The breakfast was lovely too!

Friday night we headed to prima where we all enjoyed a beautiful Italian 2 course meal and of course a few bottles of bubbly. Again staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Saturday feeling slightly rough we all headed to revolution for coctail making. Our host AK-47 was amazing. We each got to make a few cocktails played some races and got some much needed food after it!

After a quick change and a few drinks at the hotel we headed to the dreamboys show. It was so good I lost my voice!! The drag queen hosts made the show they were just fabulous!! And the men well what can I say... WOW!! A must see show!!

I would 100% recommend eclipse leisure for booking a hen weekend and would highly recommend Newcastle!! I can't wait to go back. Only downside was every Geordie thought we were Irish (we are Scottish)! Best weekend ever! The payment plan made it so much easier for everyone less stressful for me having to chase people up for money. We all agreed we 100% got our money's worth for the whole weekend! Thank you Mike stenning and your team for helping make this weekend one to remember! 😍

Excellent pick up from the airport and they were on time even though the collecting driver was a bit more corteous and the cold beers were apprciated. Hotel can only describe as A1 from the reception staff and all associated also a special mention to Emma who is a credit to your organisation we had a couple fo Issues which were dealt with calmly and professionaly, the central location is excellent and I will be returning there. Plaza Baech again excellent sunbeds reserved on time Joe on the staff very helpful and the location to hotel 200 yards was great. Linekers VIP area was great and free shots a bonus made to feel very welcome. Pangea nice club but waiting staff rude and left after 10 minutes unless you spend £5000 + they are not Interested and made us feel very un welcome would not be going there again. I have already recommended you to a group for this summer didnt believe It would be as well organised as it was, I think It would be worth looking at recommending restaurants we used a few and found the food inconsistent. Also think we would have been better off using the costs for activities during the day and less on evenings but thats just a preference thing. All in all AMAZING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our weekend to Marbella totally exceeded all of our expectations!

Every thing was perfectly planned, all locations and things we had organised ran perfectly to plan.

I cannot recommend you enough. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Everything was organised and went exactly to plan! From being picked up at the airport to staying in an amazing hotel, spa day was just lush. Clubs were great fun and gave us vip treatment ! Would thoroughly recommend redseven to all groups going away

From the start of the booking Jason was very helpful , from ideas he suggested and honest advice. We had a burlesque dance class , which was a lot of fun and also the instructor was fantastic Everything went smoothly and had a fab time I would recommend this site highly thank you x

I would recommend Eclipse Leisure to people for future stag do's. We most certainly would not have had as good a weekend in Berlin by planning it ourselves. The guide knew her way around the bars that would let us in, etc. was brilliant. The only thing we would have added to our package would have been transfers for the whole weekend; having to pay for taxis every night or from paint balling to beer bike, beer bike to oil wrestling, etc. was something that should have been included within the package and probably could have been.

We booked for 8 guys to have a 3 night Stag to Krakow. The company booked the flights, accommodation, all events and activities for us - nice and easy and a good price.

The lady who booked us (Viki) was great and answered emails very quickly. She arranged for a refund on something after a little persuasion and we all made it to Krakow and back!

The local guide who looked after us for all activities was AMAZING. Natalia was superb, she could not have done more for us all and ensured we had a 10/10 weekend, going above and beyond in organising a trip to Auschwitz (deficiently worth it).

Overall I would certainly recommend and even though you may save a few quid booking everything yourself, the time and hassle is not worth it!

Eclipse leisure were excellent they met all our requirements over the phone. Then set up a web link online for all of our party members to use. They could then pay individually and print off the required documents. The flight times were perfect as were the transfers and the hostel was lovely too. I would definitely recommend eclipse leisure to others and also use them again in the future.

We had a fantastic weekend in Manchester. We spent 2 nights there which flew by due to the fun times that we had! The hotel was excellent (Best Western) for a stag weekend. Because of the great price/deal we got I was expecting a low quality hotel. We went to the Frog and Bucket Comedy Club on the Friday which was hilarious. On the Saturday we went snowboarding and go-karting for an adrenaline filled day, followed by lap dancing and a rock club! I was particularly impressed with the 2 and a half hour go-karting Grand Prix. We all had at least 4 races/heats with some progressing to the final (like me!) Red Seven ensured that all venues understood their part of the deal and were of great quality. I was also impressed with their online booking system as all members of the party had their own online account which meant that we could individually manage our accounts. It also meant that I wasn't responsible for the entire payment! Thank you Red Seven we had a fantastic weekend and the memories will last forever!

I booked a weekend away for my Sister in laws 50th Birthday Celebration. After a successful hen weekend for my friend last year I decided to book with Eclipse again.NO regrets at all! They helped me organise every little detail to perfection.

We all had a fantastic time and couldn't have asked for better hotel and service. The dinner was lovely and so was the night club, perfect location and the walk was bearable! Also want to Thank Eclipse for sorting out the breakfast which everybody thoroughly enjoyed. I appreciate the way Eclipse handled it with the hotel so we did not have to pay for the supplement. I was worried about how I would have asked the girls to pay out for the full English!

No doubt I will be recommending Eclipse to many! Especially Raj, don't even think of retiring yet! Hopefully will be passing you lots more celebrations to organise!

There were12 girls who went to magaluf for my sisters hen do in june i wasnt sure on using a booking site but got a good price. we had a few problems with a certin person from eclipse leisure but I have been assured he no longer works for them anymore every body else were amazing answering all my questions straight away I would recommend if u want a quick answer us there facebook page.
We found out are hotel name 5 weeks before we flew and looking at the reviews on trip advisor weren't impressed but fort oh well were only gonna be sleeping in the room. When we arrived we were pleasently suprised it was lovely music played around the pool till 8ish everyday and views to die for. There was a shop oppoist so perfect and restaraunts only few minutes walk away. Only problem was it was on a hill (cardiac hill) as we named it as ud probably have a cardiac arrest just getting to the top.
We did the pirate show on fri night amazing is all I can say no problem with tickets an seats were great
Wr did the water park on second day and was great voucher got us straight in with no fuss.
Reps werr lovely and we booked the bar craw threw them which was a very memorable night over all amazing holiday and will never forget it.

We went to Dublin for my sister's hen weekend it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hostel we stayed at was out of this world, the restaurant we were booked into was gorgeous and the dance experience was so fun and the instructor was so helpful and friendly. I would totally recommend to everyone. It is so stressful organising 10 women to go away but Jak took the stress away!! THANK YOU!!

We thought we were getting a really good deal going with this company and my sister organised everything and we paid the money for the hen night. My sister then started having problems with the company saying that they couldn't get us all in the same hotel and that we would be at least 20mins walk apart from each other, they also said that the people staying in the hotel had to pay extra money. My sister constantly tried to get hold of management at the company and was told that the two members in charge were not available and they would return her call. No-one ever returned her call and she had to call them back. She called them back at least 3-4 times but the person she needed to speak to was apparently busy or in and out of meetings all the time. In the end my sister got so fed up that she cancelled everything, despite them saying that they wouldn't give her any money back. In the end they said they would arrange for us all to stay in the hotel but due to all the problems we had already had we all agreed it would be less hassle for us to cancel and for my sister to pay everyone else the money back. We were worried that something else would go wrong on the actual day. I would avoid this company at all costs the customer service is shocking and all they are interested in is taking your money.

Really lovely staff, always on hand to talk if we needed them and didn't feel we was troubling them at all! Really good weekend! Thankyou eclipse!

we had a cracking weekend in cardiff on ems stag party , hotel was very good and in an ideal location ,the comedy club was great and i thoroughly enjoyed watching lee Evans and the other comics , archery was a right laugh at my expense because of the shakes form the night before ,,lol ,, dressing as nuns on the saturday was brill , had a fantastic night ,,,the passes also came in handy ,, all in all a brilliant weekend , thanks mike

We have just returned from the best weekend ever!! Firstly I have to thank Viki for all her help during the booking process she made it so easy to select the package, she give me all the options with advice on what each option entailed! We stayed at the jury's inn in the heart of Nottingham City centre and we could not fault the accommodation! The rooms are lovely and very spacious! and the breakfast was gorgeous (perfect after a night out!!) all the staff at the hotel were great and very helpful with booking taxis/directions etc

After a chilled out Friday night visiting the Red Hot World Buffett (a must!) we played Its A Knockout! on the Saturday. it has to be the most hilarious afternoon we have ever had!! as a group of 23 we split into 3 smaller teams and competed against another hen party who were in 2 small teams, the 2 guys who organise the games are fab they get everyone warmed up and into it (which was needed as it's march!) we all got to play several daft games that had us screaming with laughter! literally everyone in our group loved it even the 2 who didn't take part they said it was as much fun watching and taking photos of us! a bit of advice take a towel and some spare clothes!!! we didn't realise how soaked we'd get! we'd still do it again! the ladies in the cafe were lovely too!

On the Saturday night after a lovely hotel bar meal we hit the town! from our hotel it was £5 a taxi to the city centre (£1 each bargain!) there is literally something for everyone and as group were aged from early 20's to late 60's this made it easy to find lots of places to go! we started with cocktails in the Slug & Lettuce before going over to Yates which was great loads of space for big groups even on a busy Saturday night. at 22:30 we headed to Bla Bla Bar which was included in our Red7 package and got free shots on arrival for the whole group we didn't stay here for long as it wasn't as big as the other places we'd been and it was rather hot as it was so busy! we ended the night in Revival (which used to be flares) they played literally every genre of music going! they have loads of drink offers and massive dance floors! we didn't leave til almost 3!

Everyone in our party was over the moon with the weekend and kept thanking me for all my hardwork! they didn't believe me when I said it was sooooo easy!!! thank you Red7 we will definitely be using you again and we have already started recommending you to all our friends! 10/10 5 stars!!

Fantastic is all what I can say! It was such a good weekend, I have already recommended Eclipse to a few of my friends. The hotel was lovely, the hen was very happy! The breakfast was good and the service was lovely. We all really enjoyed the cocktail masterclass, we had a great instructor who kept us entertained and we got to make and drink the cocktails we made. We had food with the cocktail masterclass, which at first, I didn't think was a lot but then they just kept on bringing out more and more and more of it! Perfect weekend, thank you for all your help!"

It seemed like we were getting a really good deal with this company, and we'd already started paying for the hen do when they contacted us and told us they'd forgotten to book the main part. If we wanted to go ahead with the hen do it would cost us an extra £50 per person and they would not refund the money we had already paid. I was told that although it was the company that had made the mistake, they would lose money if they gave us the original price, so we would have to pay for their mistake, that's how business works according to their representative. After being lied to and repeatedly told false information we have decided to cut our losses and cancel. We are currently fighting to get our money back even though they broke distance selling regulations by refusing to cancel the first time we asked. I would not trust this company with your money. They don't care about the customer, it's all about taking your money.

Weekend away in Brighton was absolutely fab, loved the idea of not having to orgainise too much just tapped in the email addresses and all my friends just paid monthly so easy. Paul who i initially spoke to was great he sorted everthing out for me. All of my girls loved every minute of it, hotel was great and within walking distance of every club and event that we did. The 80's dance routine was the best, we all have so much fun and didnt hold back at all. I even contacted go experience and they have sent me the music we danced to as want to try and recreate it at my 2nd hen doo. I would without doubt recommend you to any of my friends and i shall be using you again in the future. Thanks again x
