What can I say thank you Viki for organising the best 21st birthday for my little sister she didn't have a clue about the cocktail class and she loved it and so did the boys !!! all was so shocked at how many drinks we got and the food platters after to soak up a bit of the alcohol !! The night club was fab and we danced the night away .. I've booked with you twice before so I knew I would get great service ! It's my hen do in a few years so will be telling my sister to use you guys !!!!!

we booked a cocktail making party at revolutions bar through Eclipseleisure OMG they were fab. they were very helpful and organised everything, all we had to do was turn up at the right places (a bit tricky when u have been drinking for hours lol) They were very good and understanding when I sadly had to change the date of my party and the date got changed no problem. I would highly recommend them and would use them again. we had such a brill day/nite

What can i say this was supposed to be the best night ever for my best friends hen party - this company is full of cowboys only after your money - so we rushed through dinner in Tiger Tiger to ensure we weren't late after waiting for 15mins we finally saw a representative who informed us the bus would not be coming because of mechanical difficulties - this left us with a load of booze in plastic bottles we coudln't drink anywhere else - we waited and waited fro an explanation or alternative arrangements - we were told there was nothing they could do but buy us 1 drink bearing in mind we had now been waiting 2hrs plus - we argued fro alternative transport or even taxis they refused to accommodate anything bearing in mind we were in central london im pretty sure some from of transport could have been found - but of course we were told a full refund would be given on Monday - its now 4pm and not one person from the company has contact any of us or arranged a refund. We had members of our group even booking on eth day I am disgusted that payment was taken and that not a single person got in touch to say there were any problems during the whole day - my advise is if you want a great night with memories you'll treasure forever stay away from ECLIPSE TRAVEL ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD ON A NIGHT OUT AND TO TOP IT OFF NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHAT SO EVER!! stay away and spend your money elsewhere

This was the best I have been too. The time just flew by and it was over before we knew it...Hotel was amazing and the cooked breakfast the next morning was like heaven on a plate, after a night of cocktail making ha! I would highly recommend Eclipseleisure and am even thinking of booking a birthday bash through them. If you go ahead and book believe me, you will have a day and night to remember :)

We booked our friends hen night cocktail making and dream boys in London so well organised cannot fault the service the man at cocktail making what a laugh so much fun we all had a fab night and would defiantly book with them again not a single problem from start to finish!

Had my sisters hen-do in Newcastle. The hotel was perfect, right in the centre of Newcastle. The cocktail making at Revolution Bar was also fantastic and I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone. However, the comedy club was a complete waste of time. Initially Eclipse had us booked into a diff club but then changed us to The Hyena comedy club. Even though we booked over 6 months in advance we were sat at the very back of the room behind a pillar. You are "warned" as you go in the door no talking, no heckling. Eclipse told us to be there for 7:00pm - however by 9pm we left as nothing had even started!! The drinks were pathetic, the bar was poorly stocked, and why tell people to be there at 7pm ? We were also on the guest list for Tiger Tiger , but Eclipse failed to tell us that we had to be in there before midnight or we would no longer be on the guest list- we turned up at 12:20 to be told we would now have to queue!!!! I did e-mail Eclipse with regards this but have since been ignored. Also on their website they state that there is an emergency contact number given out so you can reach them during the weekend.....FALSE - Lauren told me a few days before we went that they no longer provide that. This was one of the main reasons I booked with Eclipse was i liked the idea that should there be any problem on the night it could be easily solved.

Eclipse is truly excellent.
Right from the start when I was going through several options with the location and, more importantly, the budget; they were always willing to talk me through the many quotes and any issues I had with them to tailor-make the whole weekend.

Many thanks to Alice initially and then to Lauren who made sure we all knew what was going on. All the guys really enjoyed themselves and it was the perfect weekend for the stag.

I would highly recommend them.

Just want to say what an amazing time we all had in Newcastle for Carla's hen party. There were 22 girls and Eclipse made it so easy to organise everyone.
The hotel service was brilliant and made everything run smoothly, the cocktail making class was brilliant, followed by the party boat after. Everybody had such an amazing time. Eclipse made everything so easy to do. Thank you Marcus for the initial booking and Lauren and Kat for all your help along the way

Where do i start.I never write reviews but felt i had to for this one.
The service from start to finish from Lauren at Eclipse leisure was tremendous.She went beyond her needs and managed to book a coach for me and 10 lads for a very good price to take us to and from the go-karting as the local cabs where quite clearly trying to rip us off.
Nothing was too much for her and was always on hand to help.
The whole experience was first class wether it was oceana's on the friday the go-karting ,dogs ,right to the end when she managed to get us on the guestlist for the Honeyclub which was the icing on the cake as Judge jules made a suprise entrance.
i will definitely be recommending people to this stag site as the whole process was smooth and stress free as Lauren was very helpful.

What a Stag Do!!

Everything was so smooth from day 1 since I spoke to you and enquired about it, I wanted to say a massive thanks to you Lauren 7 Kevin at Eclipse for all the organising for Sat 17th at the Amazon events, the pick up and drops and the late night entry to the club too.

It was very much an awesome time in all. It was at the same time, very painful with the paintballing activity but still was really enjoyable. The Mud Karts were extremely thrilling and were an amazing driving experience with a mix of wet and dry weather it made it even better.

the guys who managed each activity for us were brilliant and a massive massive thank you from all of us to Mark, Paul and Lee at Amazon Events.

The Driver that was organised for the pick up and drop offs was very humorous and so made our commute to and from very comfortable.

I chose Eclipse based on positive reviews and fact you got a personalised service. When I contacted Eclipse they were very helpful and quick to respond to any queries.
The website for our event meant the group could keep up to date with all the details such as maps and room arrangements. One of the best things was that each person could log on and pay seperately taking the stress out for those of us organising the weekend.
The weekend ran smoothly and everyone loved the Burlesque class, even those who were a little nervous! It was also good to know we had an emergency contact for someone at Eclipse in case anything went wrong ... which it didn't.
I would definately recommend Eclipse to others organising an event.

Thank you to everyone at Eclipse (particularly Sadie) who helped to organise my hen weekend in London. We had a fantastic time. The 5 * Hotel overlooking Tower Bridge was excellent, and the views from everyone's rooms were amazing. The daytime and evening entertainment was a lot of fun, particularly the cocktail making session at Revolution Bars which really made the weekend.

I would have no hesitation recommending Eclipse Leisure for Hen Weekends (or general celebrations) as the whole weekend was great fun and great value. The pre-support you get from this company was second to none. I can only hope that another of my 'bride to be' friends will use your company and then we can re-live the fun we had. An amazing weekend, thanks again guys!!!

We had a really great stag, mostly thanks to the organisation and recovery skills of Sadie following a shaky start to the booking process (by a chap that doesn't work there anymore fortunately!).

Marbella is fab, the transfers were seamless, the hotel was clean and welcoming and the fishing was superb.

The only negative side was Lina from the Linekar group. I think she was expecting a bunch of neanderthals and we didn't quite fit with her expectations. I think she was just trying to gee us up but we were very happy without her around - perhaps not someone suited to a group of people who didn't want to get naked / throw up in a bucket / set fire to the groom etc.

Nonetheless, we had a brilliant time. We stayed in the old town on the Sat night so we didn't have to bump into Lina again. We had a fantastic meal and then went clubbing until 7am at a cracking club in the old town (Buddah) which we all agreed was a much better choice that Puerto Banus. Marbella is a great place - I'd recommend it to anyone.

In addition I've got nothing but positive things to say about Eclipse and Sadie in particular. A cracking weekend! Many thanks :)

I'd like to thank Sadie and Kat at Eclipse Leisure for helping to organize he most AMAZING hen weekend. We had a wonderful time and everyone really enjoyed. The venue choices were great for our hen weekend and the hotel and spa was lovely. The cocktail class was a highlight and the bar man running the class was excellent. We had a huge amount included in our package and little hickups during the arrangements were resolved promptly and efficiently. Thanks Again Eclipse!

Just back from a stag weekend in Bournemouth and want to say a huge THANK YOU to Sadie at Eclipse Leisure. The hotel was great, the activities were superb, and everything worked out as planned. In particular, the fishing trip our group went on was so brilliant that even sea sickness couldn't dampen the spirits.
I am always sceptical with 'package deals', but can not speak highly enough about how Sadie sorted out our initial problems and sourced the specific fishing trip we were after. Communication was clear, we were fully informed of the trip details, and questions were answered promptly.
To any one wanting to take the hassle out of organising a group weekend: Get hold of Sadie at Eclipse Leisure - you will not be dissapointed!

Me and my ladies visited Leeds with Eclipse leisure and it was amazing!!! beat all expectations by a mile!! everything run so smoothly and value for money was amazing!! If we had booked everything ourselfs would of been like £100 extra per person. Great customer support and communication throughout! The hotel was outstanding! the resturant, pamper day and comedy club was amazing couldn't of wished for a better weekend!!! Thankyou so much Eclipse will defo be reccomending you to others! Organising a weekend away for 12 girls is no easy task but with eclipse leisure, we were able to plan a weekend that appealed to everyone for a very reasonable price!!!

With a well located hotel, excellent meal, fantastic cocktail making and hilarious dream boys show everyone had a fab time! If you go to dream boys, make sure you get there early for food and drink, otherwise youll be watching the show with a sausage roll in your mouth!

Eclipse Leisure were excellent in finding and organising the events for a brilliant stag weekend. It was really easy to pick the events you wanted (from a huge variety as well!) and everyone had a really good time with the activities

Only issue? An element of confusion with the payment deadlines meant that the online pre-booking part did not work as well as it could of, but this was sorted out quickly by the team.
