Great service & knowledgable staff
We got our baby stuff sorted today in the Lisburn store. Our second time in and the staff were more than helpful both times. Great value bundles that were very well explained. The staff have excellent knowledge of the products instore and were able to answer any questions we had. All products are high quality and the warranties were explained. All products are able to be kept for us until we need them with a 20% deposit to secure. Really happy with the whole experience so far.

I really great experience - there was a mishap with an order being sent to our old address - Eclipse swiftly responded to our calls and arranged for the item to be dropped off the same day directly from their warehouse. Excellent support and service and as always superb product range.

First class customer service
We are expecting our first baby and both times (choosing our pram and lifting) we were treated with unbelievable service from Judith. As first time parents, we didn’t have a clue on what we needed but by the time we were leaving we were well equipped with what all we needed giving us peace of mind.
We had forgot to ring ahead to organise the delivery (2-3 weeks) to get our pram brought to the store from the warehouse and when we had rang up the owner offered to run it down the store to allow us collect. The service is just outstanding from all the staff in the Lisburn branch.
