Eco Sun Solutions was AMAZING! The whole process was so smooth—I had my solar panels installed within just a couple of weeks. The team explained everything so clearly, and I loved how friendly and approachable they were. The installers were total pros, and I’ve already started seeing savings on my energy bills. Highly recommend these guys!

Great experience from start to finish

We are so so pleased with our new Enphase 13-panel micro inverter and battery system, as planned and installed by Josh and his team. Great experience from start to finish with the design and retrofit of embedded panels into a complex roof shape. Clear communication from start to finish. Very tidy working done by a skilful, confident and flexible team. All expertly coordinated by Josh. Even more impressive was that a significant part of the installation was done whilst we were away from home. Getting the call from Josh to say our solar system was now live - plus the app activation email from Enphase - meant that we could login and see for ourselves. Amazing to see our first power generation on Midsummer’s day!
We’re both serial techies/data geeks, so checking in on our system for generation, consumption, import and export through the Enphase app is fantastic, easy and quite addictive.
We can both thoroughly recommend Eco Sun based on our experience.
Kudos to you all and thank you from us both as very satisfied customers!

I have just had 16 solar panels and a battery installed. Josh was very professional from start to finish, and happy to answer all my questions and concerns. Their communication was good, and they kept me informed of any delays. Also, a very professional team on site installing the equipment.
I would definitely recommend.

More than 5 stars

Last month Eco Sun Solutions completed a solar panel and battery storage installation at my home. We also had an EV charger installed as well and already we are running the car for free!! I cannot recommend the team enough, from Justin the surveyor who took time to understand our electricity use before proposing a system to meet our needs, to the scaffolders who erected the scaffold quickly and quietly, the installation team who fitted our panels with the minimum of fuss before walking us through the system explaining everything. They even helped us download the monitoring app and showed us how to use it. I cannot recommend Eco Sun Solutions highly enough and have already earned a much appreciated Marks and Spencer voucher for recommending my sister in law. 5 stars simply doesn't go far enough to explain it all!!

Great company from start to finish

Great company from start to finish. John who came out to see me answers all of my questions and went through all the details in a language that I understood. There was no pressure to buy the product.The insulation team where great. They where very respectful of my property. I would recommend this company to install solar panels.

Very happy with the company from start…

Very happy with the company from start to finish. Josh explained everything in detail and the fitters and electrician were very professional and cleared everything when they had finished. After sales team very helpful and efficient with the paperwork. Would certainly recommend this company for solar panels.

A very positive experience from the…

A very positive experience from the initial home visit from Josh to installation and aftercare.
The internal installation (Rob & Richard) very well thought out and neat,over coming issues and making improvements. The panel's on the roof very efficiently fitted and the team worked well together connecting everything up.
With the system operational time was offered to explain and answer any questions along with support if later required.Tidy workers cleared up afterwards.

Grateful to the office team for the relevant documents required for forwarding on to my service supplier. The registration was initially a challenge online for me made easier by Eco sun.

Scaffolding was up longer than l would have liked for 2 day's work but understand this not necessarily under their control.

I have already shared my positive experience with friends,and for those interested would definitely recommend Eco sun solutions.Love the app !

From start to finish

From start to finish, Eco Sun Solutions have been very professional with an excellent customer service team. My solar system was arranged quickly and professionally and was installed efficiently by their engineers. I was kept informed at every step of the process. There was also an after care team that called to check that I was happy with the product and the installation, they even checked if the installers had cleaned up after themselves, which they had! I would recommend Eco Sun Solutions to any of my friends and family who are thinking about getting solar power installed, very happy!
