Brilliant service from Crazy Price Carpets. The carpet looks amazing, feels great underfoot, and the price was surprisingly low. Very happy with everything.

Amazing customer service from start to finish, very reasonably priced and a lovely job done by the fitters! I will definitely use Crazy Price Carpets in the future when I get round to redecorating the bedrooms. Thankyou so much! Highly recommended to everyone!

This has been one of the most frustrating customer experiences I’ve dealt with.

We spent a significant amount of money on this job and were given clear advice at the point of sale that skirting boards would not need to be removed. That turned out to be incorrect and left us with a finish we specifically said we did not want.

From there, things only got worse. Measurements did not appear to be accurate, resulting in offcuts being used, and on the day of installation we were given incorrect information about the fitter, which appeared to be due to double booking.

The most concerning part has been what followed. We have been told multiple times that calls have been made to us which simply haven’t happened, that emails have been sent which have not been received, and that a signed sales order exists which has still not been produced.

At this point, the lack of accountability is staggering. The communication has been inconsistent, unreliable, and frankly not what you would expect from a company taking this level of money from customers.

Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using this company, particularly for larger jobs.

Despite raising our concerns and attempting to resolve this directly every single day, the situation has only become more frustrating.

We have spent a significant amount of money on this work, and in hindsight, we wish we had paid closer attention to the reviews before proceeding.

We have repeatedly been told that someone would call us back, which has not happened. We have also been told that calls and emails have been made to us which we have not received, and that a signed sales order exists which still has not been provided.

We were even advised that we would receive a call “first thing” the following morning, which again did not happen.

At this stage, the issue is no longer just the incorrect advice and poor finish, but the way this has been handled afterwards. The communication has been inconsistent, inaccurate, and extremely unprofessional.

Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company for larger or more significant work.

We are still waiting for this to be resolved.

Couldn't ask for better. Expecially from carpet fitters genuinely nice lads. Chatty polite and quick workers. Would definitely use this company again

I was looking for carpets for my dads home and my own home , after shopping around 6 different companies.... the ones you see and hear of with great prices I I found crazy price carpets , it was abit of a drive for me going from sunderland and newcastle but I'm glad I did . The customer service from sue , amanda , jason and I believe the other guy to be the owner was great , all doing anything they could to help . The best bit was there great prices ( alot cheaper then the others

Do not use this company. They left me and family without adequate flooring for over three weeks. They got everything wrong. Every single aspect of the ordering and measuring they got wrong. The door bars weren’t fitted properly. We moved furniture on several occasions for the appointment to be cancelled on several occasions. Was left with blood stained and mis match carpets. Was only given compensation when I agreed to take my review down but I don’t want another family going through what we did.

Very professional from start to finish. Regular updates about order and fitter turned up when due and did a great job leaving no mess. Also the quotes given were significantly better than all of the other flooring companies we spoke to without lowering the quality of the flooring. We will definitely be using again for future work.

Visited Crazy Price carpets last week, discussed what I wanted, gave measurements and was advised of carpet selection and price, very helpful. I ordered carpet whilst there. Today less than a week later the carpet fitter came and fitted the carpet. I was messaged by the fitter, a time slot, he arrived as advised, got on with the job and fitted the carpet. Excellent service from choosing, ordering, to fitting the carpet.

The price was good. The quality was excellent. The fitters did a great job comms were good

All in all a painless transaction

Great service from start to finish. Good selection of carpets. Friendly staff helping you all the way through to the end and even rang after fitting to make sure I was satisfied.
Fitters were a lovely couple of lads completing fantastic work
Only negative is you have to get rid of all of the extra off cuts yourself but that’s the only negative. Quality of carpets is very good. I will definitely be using these again. Thank you for all your help

Great company..
I just moved into a new house these guys came out within a day to measure.. then booked me in for fitting the week after with nice thick soft underlay and carpet..
I would definitely recommend these guys for all your flooring.
Customer service was amazing.
The man that measured was amazing and the three fitters were amazing..
All very professional..

I've used this company for living room carpet and laminate flooring in my kitchen, fitters are absolutely brilliant and very polite, staff at crazy price carpets are all so helpful, courteous, polite 1st class service from all, would recommend them to everyone, thank you all and I'll see you again 😀 x

Don’t get flooring from this company I got laminate laid in September by November it was denting in on the joins under my sofa. Jason came out to inspect my flooring and informed me that the flooring was faulty and there was a problem with all the joins in the flooring said they were coming apart too easy. 3 months later they are trying to say that I’ve damaged the flooring saying I dropped a hammer or something on it which is not true and the flooring comes apart when you walk on it. Will never order from this place again they are a con
