Bhupinder and his team don't provide a clear pricing structure. No receipt provided. Added extra charges - this was a scam.

Heavily inflated price compared to what is promised initially. Work wasn’t great, definitely not reflected in the overpricing. When I transferred the money and sent the proof of payment he said that my receipt that I provided wasn’t good enough for him to start the job, he needed to see my bank account.
When I asked for a refund he decided it was good enough and did the job. My advice is a huge no.

This is a scam company. They will quote you a price on the phone and then double it and use standover tactics until you pay them by bank transfer. They also illegally provide pest control and are not licensed to do so. They use poisons that aren’t regulated and use absolutely unsafe applications. USE THEM AT YOUR OWN PERIL.

Horrible work. Carpet soaking wet, rude customer service , cost doubled
said but never did repay the money
We had to get another company in to fix it

They came to clean our carpets . The price doubled when they arrived . When he left my carpets were so wet and dirty . After I left a bad review else where I got told they will sue me for bad review . Save your money . Never use them again

I’m 8 months pregnant and had to move furniture around for this clean, for them to come and quote me something ridiculous that I had not expected! If they had asked more questions during the quoting stage and given a more accurate price I would have been more then happy to pay but that’s how they scam you in! I felt too bad to tell them just to leave so paid nearly $100 for one room.

The man who came was nice enough to deal with but it seems this isn't legitimate company.
They advertise steam clean 3rooms from $59 but charged me $100 for steam cleaning one small room.
Do not ask them for stain removal, stain removal does not work at all even on small stains. They don't know how stain removal works and didnt follow proper stain removal process.
I could have gone to Bunnings to hire a steam cleaner for half of what I was charged and done the whole house. I have done this before and done a better job than these 'professionals'. Even the steam cleaner they use is not appropriate for business use.

Clean was fine, took about 45 minutes. Was quoted 59 over the phone (2 rooms). But on arrival the cleaner said his minimum was 80 and it would be 140 because of pre spray and sanitation required (we had a puppy pee on the carpet). Extra cost for extra services I understand, i just wish they'd been more transparent about the pricing when i booked.

Also, he didn't have an EFTPOS machine so it was cash or give him my credit card number.

Eco Bond did a good job however they quoted $74 on the phone then on arrival added an extra $40 saying the carpet was stained! This was not indicated as a possibility on the phone and I felt it was unfair of them to add such a cost on the spot. Would not use again because of this.
