Purchased one of their hot-cold vacuum bottles. It's fantastic. Keeps my water ice-cold all day. Super durable, totally leak-proof, and looks great. Best vacuum bottle I've owned. Delivery was super fast too. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love my ECoffee Cup! The collaboration collection with William Morris is a dream come true. The cups are solid, travel so well, and are a standard size for most coffee shops so when I go now I can bring my own!

The delivery with dpd didn't work. No one ever showed up on my door, they sent my delivery package to a wrong address instead of using the dropbox near to my location. Then they assured me that they deliver it again but it never happened and went back to you. I've written an email to you but didn't get an answer for 6 days. This was a one-time thing I want my money back

I’m so disappointed with my experience with Ecoffee. I still don’t have the cup that I ordered in December. I’ve tried twice now and each time I received the wrong cup. My order is correct but they obviously have a bug in their system. By the time it’s dispatched, my order number changes and so does the cup I ordered. I’ve emailed many times with varying success. But the last time I spoke with someone they said they would make sure it went through right. But I still had to order myself. And it was wrong. Why couldn’t the person just put through an order for me and follow it through to dispatch. I cannot be bothered to chase it up again. They were very unhelpful generally and it’s nearly February and I’m getting nowhere. It felt like it was my problem and I was being unreasonable to want the cup I ordered. Which is in stock on the website. I got lots of excuses but no real assistance. Ecoffee it shouldn’t be this difficult to buy from you.
Update: 5/2/25 I have now received the cup I ordered in December. Thankfully some kind person put through a manual order to avoid triggering the bug. The cups themselves are great. However I have been thoroughly frustrated by some of the replies I’ve got from the team. It should have been pretty straightforward to resolve. But I am thankful it has now been resolved.

I couldn’t order replacement lids on their EU website, so I reached out to them via Instagram. They responded within hours, gave me an email address to contact and sent me the missing lids in no time. Talk about a lid-erally perfect customer service experience!

They are pretty cups, the band around safe your hand to brand themselves on the hot cup. The colors is not easy to know what it will look like in real life, that's why I bought the black one. I had one from a coffee shop with their logo on it but he brake down when falling (the bottom got a big scratch and didn't survive). Easy to wash and by hand-washing you avoid drips marks on the lid, which is made of a different material.
Just hoping maybe in the future that we can buy a color for the cup and another color or colors for the band around the cup and the lid.
