Brilliant cups and a good way to reduce plastic waste in my opinion. The cups are well made and are a pleasure to use.
Having spare parts available is an added bonus.
I had a query with an order and I can say that ecoffee cups customer service department is the best one I've ever dealt with Claire in particular strived to sort out my query and made us feel valued as customers.

I contacted Ecoffee with a product query and the response I received from Customer Service was highly detailed and extremely prompt, demonstrating an impressive level of care and consideration. Claire offered to help locate a replacement cup for one I'd had a few years that had cracked whilst I was travelling in the UK. She identified two options that would suit the lid and holder I had that were still in good condition. I was really surprised and grateful that she offered to send the cup to me free of charge. It's rare to find this type of service and I do really support their sustainable ethos. Thanks Claire and ecoffeecup and looking forward to using my new cup :)

I have had one of these for years and then managed to lose the silicone band which made it useless for hot drinks. I emailed to see if I could buy just the band - they replied the same day and said they could send me one. I sent a photo of the cup and I’ve just received the new band (and lid!) in the post. Really brilliant service and lovely people to deal with. And an excellent product.

I live in Italy. I wrote to trhe Service customer to find out where to get a new sleeve, I lost mine.
The model of my cup is discontinued, so they sent me both the cap and the sleeve free of charge, which could adapt to the model of my cup.

Good to see that spares are available as I didn't want to buy another cup just because the little sealing tab had gone missing. Great service, three replacement tabs purchased, postage a little high for an item so small and low cost but better than an old cup ending up in landfill.

I bought a second identical Ecoffee cup to replace one I bought several years ago - after much happy use I lost the little tab on the lid which prevented spills. I emailed customer services & received a quick reply & promise of a replacement tab (plus a couple of spares) free of charge. I'm very happy that the company sticks to their principles & encourages repair & re-use. The cup is an ideal size to fit in machines (some are too tall) and in my bag. It has a lovely William Morris pattern so all good :-)

Really impressed with the excellent customer service in replacing my cup following a crack. This was my fault and after many years of great use so I was particularly grateful that they were happy to replace the cup, and I didn’t need to purchase a whole new cup/lid/sleeve.

Claire was super helpful in understanding my question and gave great customer support. She also replied very quickly.

Great product, have had a cup for years which I love. The company have always been great as well. I lost a part and was able to buy replacements and also they have recently replaced my cup as it was broken accidently. Very helpful and stand by their ethos.

Superb customer service! They have been nothing short of brilliant and really committed to the ‘no excuse for single use’ policy. My cup recently cracked and they sent a free replacement cup within two days. Prompt replies to emails too. An almost faultless company from a customer perspective.

Easy to deal with and a very speedy delivery of a new cup. They threw in a bonus too, though obviously that isn't guaranteed!
