This is the second cup I’ve had.
The first one served me well for years but I lost it.

Excellent customer service. There was an issue with the order of my new cup and the company handled it with great care and speed.

I love my ecoffee cup. So I was sad when I lost the tiny stopper for the lid. I contacted the customer services dept and was helped extremely efficiently and generously. They have sent a replacement which is a perfect fit and colour match. Iam delighted and full of praise for this company. Thank you !

The cups are attractive and excellent to use - doesn't affect the taste of your drink. Also the customer service is great. My cup came to a sticky end but the silicon attachments were still fine. When I contacted Ecoffee about recycling etc I was sent a brand new cup with all the trimmings and a larger 'cup' to use with the silicon from my broken cup. I would have been happy to buy just a cup to replace my broken one. They went above and beyond.

Bought my first one in Sainsbury’s (£10) and then found the lucky dip offer on the Ecoffee Cup website - £5 for an awesome cup - we now have 4 in our house and love that they can go in the dishwasher and it doesn’t affect the use/taste. I don’t leave the house without one and I’ll be back for more as gifts! Thank you for this awesome product 🤩

Speedy delivery but postage and packing very expensive - justifiable?

This cups are just amazing. My boyfriend is portuguese, so he is always drinking espresso. I could never find a cup little enough to be take away, reusable and fit only his little espresso. Until I ordered here, they are 4oz and they look like toys to be honest 🤣 but do the job of a big mug. I love it! Now all his team wants one😅

I recently emailed Ecoffee Cup as I had lost the lid to my William Morris coffee cup during a recent house move - the cup was no longer available online so I emailed to ask if there was any chance that a spare lid matching this particular design could still be sourced - the customer service representative (Claire) went away and checked with their warehouse and not only did they have a matching lid, but they sent it out to me the very next day, free of charge. I have two Ecoffee cups which I use almost daily and the quality is superb - add to this the wonderful, friendly service provided by the staff who work there, I cannot recommend the brand and their products enough - I would give them 10 stars if I could! I now get to continue using my William Morris cup which would have otherwise ended up in landfill. Thank you Ecoffee and especially to Claire in your customer service team.

Amazing coffee cup, it’s absolutely leak proof in any position in my bag, it’s designs are so creative, various of sizes easy to carry and what is best is their customer service who were super helpful with a replacing a little part for me after 5 years. I will never change it and highly recommend!

Their customer service is amazing. I needed a replacement sleeve for my cup and they replaced it for free, that is so kind! I can only recommend the company and its goals for sustainability are brilliant.

I needed a replacement lid for my cup and the service was excellent - they were kind enough to replace it for free to encourage re use - which I thought was brilliant. Service from Claire in Customer Services was brilliant. Recommended!

Love my cup!
I ordered a pink 12oz cup and I really liked it, the colour is so pretty. The lid fits well and it has a piece to keep it from spilling as you carry it which is ideal. Is not the type of cup you can just put in your bag a let it there moving around, but it's nice to have your hot drink to go and warm up your hands, or use it next to a laptop and avoid accidents.
Ordering and delivery was very easy and fast directly from their website.

We have 3 ecoffee cups, which we have had for many years. We recently managed to lose the stoppers from them, meaning the hot drinks were getting cold really quickly. They didn't have the colours we needed online, so I emailed asking if they had any others. Claire responded almost immediately, asking which colours we needed and had them posted out for free the next day. It's quite rare to get a customer service experience like that these days, so thank you!

I love thoses cups. I have been using some for years now.

They are EU compliant, so don't mistake them for chinese brol.

The 8oz is at the office or in my bag following me on professional travels.
The 12oz are in the van for me and my girlfriend and have been all over europe now (we need one for the dog now ^^).

They are well designed and practical.

The customer service is top quality as well. They have been super helpfull when I broke mine and wanted to replace cup only and avoid throwing away de silicon parts. Very reactive and friendly.

I have had one of these for about 5 years now and couldn't live without it. Great weight, durability, design, easy to clean! I lost the silicon stopper recently and asked the company if I could have a replacement for free? The team were incredibly helpful and sent one out to match my design by tracked delivery the next day. Really great service. Thank you!

Excellent communication by company… kept up to date of delivery - nearer the time of delivery, giving me a more accurate time scale. Very well wrapped & in mint condition on arrival. Holds coffee/ tea very hot.
Feels more quality that previously owned cups from other companies.
Would buy again.

These are the best to go cups I've ever used so far. They are super light, really thin which makes them really enjoyable to drink from and the band around them is the most quality one when it comes to keeping you safe from heat as it's really thick. So all in all even though the cup itself is thin, one still can use it very comfortably as the band is doing its job perfectly.

I was given an ecoffee cup for Christmas, loved it, and promptly ordered two more! Ordering was easy, prompt delivery, and the cups are brilliant - they don't leak and they are just beautiful!
