Order never delivered – no response from EcoFlow
I placed an order with EcoFlow on January 14, 2026 for an additional battery. The package was marked as delivered, but I never received it.
Since then, I have contacted EcoFlow customer service multiple times by phone and email, but the issue has never been resolved.
On March 17, 2026, I sent a formal Notice of Default requesting either a replacement delivery or a refund within 7 days. EcoFlow confirmed receiving my email but never responded and no solution was provided.
Because of the lack of response, I have now been forced to initiate a payment dispute with my bank (ING) and escalate the matter further.
This situation has now been ongoing for more than two months, which is extremely disappointing for a company of this size.
I hope EcoFlow will finally respond and resolve this matter quickly.
