Dangerous briquettes for open fires
I think these briquettes are very dangerous, they expand whilst in the fire pushing out the whole grate, I have burnt 3 and all 3 did the same, these are very dangerous.

We’ve only just claimed our Trustpilot account, so we’re seeing your review for the first time. You’re right, EcoBriquettes are large and can expand to nearly twice their size as they burn. In small fireplaces, adding a whole briquette at once can cause it to press against the grate, which can be unsafe.
We always recommend breaking them before use in smaller fires to allow room for natural expansion. Your feedback is a good reminder for us to make this clearer to customers.

Flawless service
I’ve used Ecofuel’s service several times now. Just taking a delivery early this morning. In my opinion, almost flawless, so friendly, great product. They said they would deliver 8am when I wasn’t home, with a relatively complicated list of instructions I’d left in terms of placement. 8am on the dot, delivered, perfectly, email confirmation. No hassle, no stress and super friendly when you call them. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic company! Great service and very courteous. Even changed my delivery at very short notice (few hours) to convenience me. This is my third delivery. Delivery guy Lukasz couldn't be more obliging, trundling 10 bundle boxes up many steps. Communications are excellent every step of the way - emails, texts and calls. They make it so easy.
