Jason Heslop contacted me via telephone to discuss our Utility needs. He was extremely helpful & knowledgeable in providing relevant information on current electricity prices etc.
I then received a call from Chris Cameron. We discussed the current contract I have in place which is due to begin 01/03/2024. After discussing this contract with Chris it was confirmed that this contract was probably mis-sold to me. Chris is now helping me to have this contract revoked which I am extremely thankful for. Based on his helpfulness and assurance that the contract will be cancelled I have taken out a further electricity contract with Eco Logic Partners

Quick, decisive advice.

Karl Worlock has been instrumental in reviewing my energy provider for a number of years now. He always gets me the best deal on the market. He shoulders all the work to allow me to get on with my work and not having to spend time trawling through the energy providers. Without Karl I would just keep renewing and costing me money.

I actually cannot thank this company enough. Sam Docherty has been incredible sorting out a major issue with our energy supplier. It was such a relief to pass it over to someone that knew how to deal with it. He was able to achieve in just a few weeks what I'd been trying to do for months. I would definitely recommend Eco Logic.

The first introduction phone call I received from Nathan at EcoLogic, was unlike any other 3rd party/energy broker phone calsl I had received, and there were many! Nathan was friendly, concise, clear and made me feel like I could trust him. The constant guidance I received from the start has never dipped and of course, the results in supplier savings we are now enjoying, speak for themselves. I would highly recommend ecologicpartners!

Chris Cameron and Dylan Pick are the guys you need to contact! Their knowledge, experience and communication is exceptional. I work for a Property management company and i have recently taken on the responsibility of Utility contracts within my role, I was contacting suppliers individually to get quotes and it was taking up a lot of admin time and the constant feel of being on hold. When i first spoke to Chris he was so helpful he talked me through step by step and explained everything as and when needed. My Personal knowledge has grown through chris talking through contracts and with this we have some fantastic new contracts saving one client over £50k on one contract over a 5 year period. Eco Logic also sent me a fab welcome box which was full of goodies! I especially enjoyed the little pot of local honey, we made a honey and BBQ glaze for our ribs and my daughters even enjoyed some on toast for breakfast! Thankyou! Just received a useful eco friendly gift from ecologic this morning. We have been dealing with Ecologic for over 3 years now, and our experience has always been excellent. Mark and Craig are very friendly and efficient, keeping in regular contact to help us get the best deals.

Laura Douthwaite has been a huge help to our business and provides consistently high standard customer service. She has chased up suppliers on our behalf, dealt with complicated billing queries, meter upgrades, change of tenancies, all sorts of problems. Laura has saved us a lot of time that would have been spent trying to resolve these issues ourselves, and is always happy to help which is much appreciated.

Above and beyond...... Laura Douthwaite contacted me a while ago about the service that she could offer our company. It seemed we had nothing to loose so we went ahead and left her to work her magic. What Laura has provided since has been some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I've worked in customer service for over 20 years and know what to look out for. Not only has she found us great deals and saved us money she has helped to resolve a complex issue which she really could have just left me to struggle with. Always getting back to me when promised, always has clear and accurate information and is always more than happy to help.
