Excellent from start to finish. We ordered a pergola from here. They cam out really quick to measure up and as soon as it arrived it was fitted. It’s transformed our garden, so we’ve ordered another!! Faultless and excellent value for money. Highly recommend

This firm were a delight to deal with. They stocked a fence panel that I had been unable to source locally and included non-local delivery The phone was answered promptly and my questions were answered accurately. The delivery slot was within a week of my order and was confirmed the same day as the order. The driver arrived on time with the correct items and was both professional and very helpful. The delivery cost was obviously expensive for a single fence panel but I was just glad to get what I needed! It would have been very reasonable if I had been ordering more.

I have purchased a composite fence with aluminium rails. Very good and quick responses to email queries. One package arrived damaged and a part had fallen out of the box. Missing part was immediately sent by next day delivery.
After assembly a trellis at top of fence wasn't sitting quite right. I emailed Ecomposite and they are supplying parts FOC to correct the problem.
Their service was excellent.

Everything was extremely good fast service parts were delivered. Extremely good. I would recommend it to anybody that is looking for fence products.

From placing order, communication was first class. Emails and phone calls to clarify minor points. Was struggling to find a company who would deliver to NE Scotland. Not only did they deliver but at no cost to me. Highly recommended for Scottish customers if you're having the same issue. Competitive price. Reserved judgement until fence erected but it's looking great. Good quality materials. Website might've been a wee bit out of date as they no longer do light grey posts, only graphite. Was offered LED lights to compensate but they never arrived. Guess stores never got the message. Nevertheless more than satisfied with eComposites and would highly recommend.
