I used e composite to supply an aluminium external gate. The item was great quality and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this supplier again for any future gates using this type of material

A great product. I’ve had the fencing and gate for a while now. It washed fantastic. Has not degraded at all in the sunlight. Very sturdy and a great looking product.

We had a composite fence 5 years ago and it is still looking great. It has weathered well and is easy to clean.

Staff particularly Faye were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Their showroom was extremely useful as it enabled us to see the full products as opposed samples. The only downside was a misunderstanding about the delivery date.

Really good experience with eCompsite Products. I visited the showroom selected the fencing that I needed from their extensive range. Deliver was as planned and they were very responsive when there was a small problem. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. The pricing was reasonable too! 😀

EComposite Products fencing review. The order process was fairly simple and, following a telephone conversation with Faye, it was easy to add a “made to measure” gate too.
The delivery was quick, although there was no communication from EComposite, just from Pall-Ex about the delivery date/time.
The driver was supposed to call before he arrived to give an ETA (that didn’t happen). The goods were supposed to be delivered to the roadside or footpath (that didn’t happen either).
The driver arrived and was redirected to the correct drop off location, he arrived and blocked my neighbour’s car in. He then told us that he was going on a break and that we would have to off load a double pallet of fencing and the gates ourselves! The tail lift was unavailable (not working) and we could not climb up into the lorry. So we (3 pensioners) had to unload by hand! Not impressed doesn’t even begin to describe how I felt.
To add insult to injury, my neighbour needed to collect her young son from school as he was unwell, and the driver said that he couldn’t move for another 8 minutes. I will say that he was polite but I would have told him not to park there had he explained that he was taking a break because of his taco metre! Anyway, we eventually managed to get the delivery off the lorry.
When we started fitting the slats between our existing concrete posts, we were surprised to find that every one needed cutting, they are longer than the 6’ panels we had removed. So every single slat had to be cut down.
The fencing is now fitted, and looks great.
