Do yourself a favor and stay away

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. I ordered 2 Jackets 1 medium and 1 XL and they both came medium. Ive contacted the over 20 times and they always say were working to resolve the issue.... its been over a year and nothing is resolved.

WORST "COMPANY" I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!
I ordered a clock for my husband for his birthday in September 2016. Ordered it a month and a half in advance. It took 3 months to arrive. Then when I opened it, it was packaged so poorly and there were little hairs all over it and it was wet inside! And it was so cheaply made! I thought the gears shown on the photo were real gears, but it's just a cheap sticker. I was really unhappy at this point, then I tried to put a battery in and it wouldn't fit! So I have been writing daily to the company, asking for a refund and how to return their stupid, cheap, broken clock, and they are refusing to refund me even though their policy states that if you are unhappy with your purchase, to contact them for a full refund. They keep lying to me, and have now sent me another clock as an apology! I don't want another stupid, cheap, clock, I want my money back. Their site isn't even up right now, so I just have to keep emailing them and harassing them until I get some answers. I'm probably never getting my money back, but I'm not going to stop pestering them! Wish I could give them 0 stars, it's what they deserve.

Scam!!

I ordered my hoodie in September 2016 and am still waiting for the item in January 2017! The link to my order has disappeared and so has their website saying 'Econopick will be opening soon'. I'm not so sure myself. £50$ wasted!!

Need to be honest where it's being shipped from

Although it took 7 weeks to get here. My order finally arrived. The box was in complete tatters. Thank god it wasn't an item that was breakable. The Fb ads states your item will be shipped with 2 days of placing the order, they make people assume it is being shipped from New York when in fact your item is being shipped from China. Quality is ok.

Total BS

I placed an order on sept. 28th. Still waiting, nor have I received my refund I've requested 5 times. This is a scam artists wet dream here. I will be contacting the BBB on this joke show of a scam company.

Beware... do not buy from this "company"!

Back at the end of September 2016 I ordered two Jackets. They immediately billed my credit card and I rec'd a confirmation stating that they were getting my order ready to ship. A week went by and I hadn't heard from them pertaining to a tracking number so I inquired. A few days later they replied stating that they were out of stock. I asked why they billed my credit card if the jackets didn't ship. No response to that question. They just kept on stating that it was a high demand. No stock. I asked them to credit my credit card. Long story... it was never done. Just this week we rec'd only one jacket and it was a size xxxxxL . What the heck is that? It looks like a kids XL. Again... only one jacket and the wrong size. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! IT'S A TOTAL JOKE!

Really bad consumer service and bad quality

I buy a wall clock in august. I was so excited to get it! For what they show on their website, it looks amazing!
It arrived 2 months later, with really bad default (bad cuts, missing pieces, uncentered clock sticker...). I took pictures of it, sent them and ask for a replacement. They agree for a replacement but since then, they keep telling me that they placed a request...
Oh, and it took 3 to 4 days before they answer... And they often answer the same thing without telling WHY it is so long or WHEN I'll get my replacement or refund...
Their refund policy is a lie... It's been a week now and I'm still waiting for an answer... And they say that in within 5 days we are suppose to have our money back...
I got tired of this and now I'm waiting, since a month, a refund... I really hope that I'll get it some day...
Never do business with them or you will lose your time and money!!!!!!!!

Absolutely, without a doubt a shady bunch of ******.

I ordered a gift (clock) three months ago and it still has not arrived.

I email them everyday and they tell me there was a back log on the product - it is a generic email.

I then asked for an email which they said they would process in a few days...and now I am getting emails advising that my clock is on its way - absolute liars!

Do not trust them!

SCAM ARTISTS

I placed an order on 9/30 and wrote back and forth with them over 10 times asking for a tracking number. They assured me they would ship it out immediately. Last week they assured me I would receive it shortly and then this morning I was told the Shipper forgot my shipment???? and they do not have any more stock??? I reported them to my credit card company as a Fraudulent charge. I reordered item from another company and have already received information regarding tracking....

Very questionable website

I waited 6-7 weeks before contacting the seller as I received nothing.
I sent an email to them and the response from econopick was :
Please contact your card provider to get a full refund if your order has not been arrived yet.
So i started a claim on paypal.
3 weeks later, I received my item sent by expresspost.
The shipping notification indicates that it was shipped four days after I started the claim on paypal and I had no communication from the seller in the meantime.

I will not be buying from this seller anymore, and will not recommend.

Additionnally, the item quality is just OK, but not good.

Liars you shouldn't trust

I ordered an item on Aug 21. I heard nothing about it until I emailed them Sept 21. I was informed it had shipped. For the next several weeks, I requested the tracking number they kept assuring me existed. Nothing happened. They simply informed me that the item had shipped and they would get me the tracking number. I filed a complaint through PayPal on October 9. They gave PayPal the tracking number on October 19 but couldn't bother to send it to me. According to the tracking, the item wasn't shipped until October 13. They didn't ship the item until I launched a fraud charge but assured me that it had shipped in "13-18 days" from August 21. Horrible customer service, and horrible liars. Late anniversary gifts are embarrassing.

SCAM - BEWARE!!

ordered a "birthday" gift over a month ago, still have not received tracking information. I kept getting the same generic answer back from them when I emailed asking for a status on shipping. In my very last email, I advised that I work for a law firm and will be filing a complaint against their "fly by night" company and will be also contacting the BBB. I also had to contact my credit card company and file a fraudulent charge complaint. Never again will I trust a link posted on facebook for merchandise. Lesson learned (the hard way!!)

HORRIBLE SERVICE(POSSIBLY FRAUD)

I ordered from them on a Facebook post for a music clock that looked nice.I ordered on the 21st of Sept. I did not hear anything from them until the 30th of Sept when I finally got a tracking number and that it was suppose to have been shipped from China EMS. However, when I go into USPS website to track the number it can't be found.It is now the 18th of October and the tracking info they sent still has it processed through China EMS.It never gets processed past that point.When I email company all I get are generic responses. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company and filed a complaint with the BBB.They also have no phone number or physical address. I spent 43.90 on the clock.I just want to prevent this company taking anybody else's money with no product delivery.

I got my order in 40 days

I lost hope to receive my order and I got it yesterday after 40 days. It came from Hong Kong, the tracking number I've got after 1 month was supposed to be from DHL but I contacted DHL and they said it's not their number. So I remained suspicious until the very end. The item I got costed 4o $ plus shipping 5$ total 45$. I think it's worth 20$ maximum.It's not the best quality.

UPDATE Oct 27.

UPDATE OCT 27, 2016.

After waiting for over a month my wall clock DID ARRIVE. It was shipped from China, I am guessing a month to get to the US.

Had to call the bank for the one millionth time to cancel the dispute.

Someone left an earlier comment saying it wasn't worth the $45 and quality-wise I'd agree with that, it does look on the cheap side.

But at least it's not a scam, they're just not great with timing and communicating.

Just called my bank to cancel the transaction. I too got a generic email when asking why it was taking weeks to ship my order, I was told that "There is a high demand for the item you ordered and this is causing the delay. We are currently rushing to fulfill your order.".

Days later, no tracking #, no email nothing.

Bank calls it a "fly by night" website. No address, no phone number I should have realized it was fishy.
