Do not use Econopick!!
I placed my order on the 1st September and payment was taken immediately. I was initially ok with this, as shipping was promised within 48hrs.
I then completely forgot about my order until 22nd September when I realised I hadn't received it. I contacted Econopick via email and received an automated response advising 'There is a high demand for the item you ordered and this is causing the delay. We are currently rushing to fulfill your order'.
I then mailed Econopick again on 29th September asking for a shipping number. A number & shipping agent (China EMS) was provided, but surprise, surprise, when checking the shipping number on the genuine EMS website, it stated 'tracking number is not recognised'.
This company is joke!! Thankfully, I paid via Paypal and have opened a dispute tonight.
Frustratingly, the product and the price looked pretty good.
Take my advice and steer clear of ever using Econopick.

Item never arrived
This company is a disgrace. I placed an order 5 weeks ago. It hasn't arrived. They say item has been shipped but refuse to provide tracking details.
I asked when was it shipped?
How long after the order was placed?
How are they shipping it?
Can you provide tracking details?
Can you phone me or give me a contact number for you?
Can you cancel this item and refund me?
They refuse to answer them.
Their return policy states items can only be returned within 28days of order being placed but i am 35 days since then. Even "if" item arrives i can't return it.
It was for a present but birthday has passed i have no use for it now.
I am persuing a claim with paypal for a refund.

Never recieved order
Orders August 17th and it's the end of September. I emailed them 5 times and they sent what looks like a automated message stating they have a large back order. I asked for a refund and they sent the same automated message stating they have a large back order which had nothing to do with me asking for my refund. Do not purchase from this website

Never received purchased item!
I purchased an item from Econopick on September 3, 2016. It was supposed to ship within 48 hours of the date purchased. It has now been over 3 weeks and the item has not arrived. When I contacted them via email, they said my item had already shipped. When I went to the USPS website to check the tracking number from the link they sent, the number was not found. Please beware of this company. I have asked for a full refund of my purchase and shipping amount. If I don't receive my refund in the next few days, I will be filing a fraudulent charge alert to my bank.

Order Never Arrived, No Response From Seller
Website says:"Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of placement unless otherwise stated".
Received confirmation of sale, money taken immediately. After two weeks of no contact, I emailed one of the 4 email addresses they seem to have. After two and a half weeks, I used the contact form on the website, and after three weeks I emailed yet another email address.
No responses at all. No product shipped. Now going to the bank to claw back the money. The product looked great, which really makes it a shame.
