Company is a total scam
Company is a total scam. Tried to do business shipping across europe, half never got delivered and about a 25 percent was never picked up. They dont refund when they do not come by to collect. Further more, if you call because they arent showing up in the collection window, they simply hang up on you. No possibility to reschedule when there was no collection.
Which is terrible because as a business owner that delays my shipping, upsets my customers, costs me money twice over since im waiting for the pick up instead of working. Awful scammy company with no professionality.

I want to share my experience with Ecoparcel. Unfortunately, they scammed me today out of €131.35. They emailed me saying there was a “collection problem,” but no one came to my house, no one called me, and they didn’t ring the doorbell. After this, when I tried to cancel the order, they asked for a €6 fee per parcel, and even then, they said I would not receive a refund. This service has been extremely disappointing and feels like a complete scam. Please be careful and avoid using their service.
Mixed feelings
I’ve ordered collections in Hungary to Slovenia before without any issues, but this time the package arrived ripped and one of the items inside was damaged. I tried to submit a claim on the website, but the system wouldn’t allow it. Honestly, it’s pretty disappointing

Courier was here to drop the delivery but he has not collected the package via ecoparcel. At the end of the day they market the package Collection cancelled - Shipper was absent. They want a fee for refund now or for recollection. This is a scam
in no case do I recommend ecoparcel
the first day before the parcel was picked up at 7am my order was cancelled, the pick up time was from 8am, I got two more pick up dates I paid €20 extra and no one came or called on either date. then they canceled my order again, then they told me there was with a collection problem and I am not entitled to a refund
Is this a scam?
They were supposed to pick to parcels a week ago. I contacted them with no results. After a week the parcel still in the same place and no contact with anybody after paying 60€.

Terrible experience
So far a terrible experience. NEVER ORDER THROUGH THEM. I asked to get my package picked up in 5 days and my order was deleted on my profile after an hour... basically as if I never ordered. But of course they took the money!!!! I am furious. And this Vincent guy answering my chat is making me feel like I am completely stupid. My order is not appearing in my profile and he told me to press the button "all orders"... as if I don't know how to find my order. It's really disrespectful how they deal with people's trust.

Their customer service is completely non-existent. I waited three days for a response, then as soon as I requested a refund, they replied immediately. I booked a pickup for a customer, which they canceled without telling me, and when I requested a refund, they deducted €6 from the cost. It was clearly a scam. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE!
Extremely disappointing experience with EcoParcel
My entire experience with EcoParcel has been a disaster from start to finish. I strongly advise anyone to think twice before using their services.
Here is what went wrong :
The driver simply did not show up on the scheduled pickup day.
I was wrongly accused of not being at home, even though I had taken a full day off to wait for them.
I was forced to pay €35 extra to reschedule the pickup.
When the driver finally came, his vehicle was too small despite having full information on the size and number of my parcels.
A large part of my shipment arrived completely destroyed:
A television (totally smashed)
A microwave
Several pieces of tableware
Every item was perfectly packed and marked FRAGILE, meaning the damage could only be caused by extremely violent handling.
The company clearly works with delivery partners who show no professionalism and zero care for customers’ belongings.
And to make everything worse :
Their customer service is terrible.
It is impossible to contact a real person — only a chatbot that is useless and does not care, making the whole situation even more frustrating.
EcoParcel has shown a complete lack of professionalism, responsibility, and respect for customers.
I will never use their services again.
3 months no response. SCAM.
I arranged a collection on 18th August 2025 and it's been almost 3 months - the order still appears as "NEW". All contact with customer service gets me a response with them telling me I will get a new update about collection time and to wait. 100% a scam, avoid this company at all costs.
I was shipping luggage from the Czech…
I was shipping luggage from the Czech Republic to Spain. The package arrived at the final destination, but the delivery guys didn’t call the Czech number. Ecoparcel confirmed that the Czech number was fine to use, but the Spanish couriers are sometimes too lazy to call it. I asked to change the name to a Spanish one, but Ecoparcel ignored me. The chat is just a robot — no live agent.
STAY AWAY FROM ECOPARCEL
By far the worst delivery service I’ve ever used. I shipped three packages with them, two of which arrived damaged.
After providing extensive proof that my items were properly packaged and that the only way they could’ve been damaged was during transportation, Ecoparcel still denied both claims with BS excuses.
Do NOT use this company. I’ll say it now and I’ll repeat it again at any chance I can.

Terrible!!!! Stay away. I sent 9 packages, and only 2 of them arrived after more than 10 days (it says 3-5 days delivery). I have no clue what is happening to the rest of the packages. Their customer services just tells me they do not have more information at the moment. Rot in hell honestly

The parcel was delivered in very good conditions, there were no unpleasant surprises and the drivers were very polite.
The delivery time was the one specified when I arranged for the delivery.
I'll definitely use this company again!

DO NOT USE. Still 7 working days delivery delay and not 1 person to actually speak to. Everything is on tickets and staff don't respond. There is no actual tracking of your parcel, you are reliant on people telling you where the parcel is currently at, BUT they dont answer you! AVOID AVOID AVOID
This is absolute SCAM
This is absolute SCAM. Had to send the package from Netherland to Latvia. Extra to that was purchased the flexible cancelation. Delivery was canceled by personal reasons. Requested the refund, the money ended up frozen in the companys website, with no options to withdraw them. 150 euros is witheld for "future use" if I not use them in 6 months they gonna dissapear. Nice terms and conducts, absolut fraudulent company. Customer service confirmed that is not possible to withdraw the money to back to card. Avoid this company like the plague. On their website there is fake trustpilot plugin with fake reviews, watch out for it.
