We’re still waiting for resolution on…

We’re still waiting for resolution on Ticket #162992. Your courier never showed up on the confirmed collection date (Oct 24), then tried to collect on a day we said we were unavailable. Now we’re being told to pay again to rebook?
We requested a Wednesday collection and that was ignored.
This was not our fault and it is unacceptable to be penalized.
We are formally requesting a free rebooking for Wednesday. Please escalate this to a senior agent and resolve it immediately.

INCONSISTENT COMPANY

I ordered a parcel from Bulgaria to Greece and told them I need pickup from 9am to 1pm. They made on try to pickup on 16:30PM and then they cancelled my order. Did not respond to any of my messages through support.
Even if they are cheap I will not buy from them again. EVER.

Worst service

Worst service - total scam. No one came on nominated day and as I was going on holiday the next day, I decided to drop off at nearest GLS drop off point. The bar code and reference number were not recognised by they staff. Sent a message ecoparcel and asked them to cancel and refund since no one came on the nominated day. Had a message 4 days later that someone was coming to collect the parcel. I said no, no one there, cancel and full refund. Apparently I was not entitled to a full refund since I did not pay for flexible cancellation and I would be refunded minus 6 euros. I was actually refunded minus 10 euros. Total scam, zero customer service. AVOID

very bad experience

very bad experience! paid for a specific day to pick up. took off at work to wait for them. no one showed up and then I see that they changed the date, and they didn't even inform me. I couldn't be home that date. they said they would contact me, NO ONE did. online help is terrible! I think it's a waste of money, it's terrible!

Worst experience ever

We hired Ecoparcel’s shipping service on August 12 to send a 20-kilo package to Spain, along with their protection and insurance service. The estimated delivery time was one week, but when that time passed, the tracking still showed the package as merely “collected”, with no further updates.

The company never contacted us, so we had to reach out ourselves through their chatbot, since they don’t provide any customer service phone number. We were told they didn’t know what had happened, had no record of the package, and that no progress had been made. Later, they informed us that the shipment had been “officially lost” and that they had nine days to try to locate it.

We sent all the requested information and photos, but after those nine days, they simply told us the package was considered lost, that they wouldn’t do anything else, and that we wouldn’t be refunded, claiming the package wasn’t wrapped in cardboard.

The parcel contained items of significant financial and sentimental value, including a reflex camera worth over €500, among other personal belongings. Ecoparcel completely washed their hands of the matter, stopped responding, and offered no solution whatsoever.

In summary, it was an awful service — the worst experience I’ve ever had with a shipping company. Zero communication, zero accountability, and zero empathy. I would never use Ecoparcel again and strongly advise others to stay away.

Terrible experience


Terrible experience – I will never use Ecoparcel again
I tried to send 10 packages from Italy to Bulgaria. The pickup was scheduled for a specific day, and I stayed home from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. No one showed up. The pickup was rescheduled for the next day—again, I waited all day, and again, nothing happened. On the third day, the same story: no pickup, no communication.
There is no way to call anyone. The only “support” is an AI chatbot that gives generic, useless responses. There’s no email address to reach a real person. You can cancel the booking on their website, but if you do it yourself, they won’t refund you—or only partially.
In the end, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. It was a frustrating and exhausting process.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. Completely unreliable and impossible to deal with.

A booked shipment wasn't collected.
That in itself was not the issue.
Ecoparcel support is terrible. They have a basic AI agent answering your questions and their actual agents won't speak to you at all. They let the collection lapse so they could claim €5 for a rebooking. Then charge €6 to cancel when that doesn't suit. They are the perfect example of a fly-by-night online company. save your money and use someone else

Ecoparcel are thieves!
I booked a shipment with them from Greece to France. I paid them for the service. I waited for them on the scheduled pickup day but they never appeared or called. That sent me an email saying that they couldn’t pickup the item. I replied to the email but my reply bounced back. I looked for a phone number or email address to contact them, but there is none. I followed their instructions on the “help” menu but it led to a dead end.

I’ve had an unresolved issue with my booking for over a week now. Despite multiple messages, there has been no reply from the support team. My ticket was closed without resolution, and I am unable to open a new one or reach anyone for assistance.

This lack of response and transparency raises serious concerns about the organization’s reliability and legitimacy. I strongly advise others to exercise caution before making any bookings or payments until customer support becomes reachable and accountable.

good service, good price, easy order

the service is good and at a competitive price. I only have one suggestion to improve that is being more communicative and clear on the tracking of the package. on the webite I was only able to see that "it was in transit" but i couldn't see at which point of its journey it was.

They canceled the collection of the…

They canceled the collection of the order without saying anything and are not replying in the chat. I asked for a refund, as they were the ones canceling the order and are applying a 6euros fee, plus they are not refunding me in the credit card, but only in the account balance. This is UNACCEPTABLE! Nobody should order from them, unreliable and extremely poor customer service

Unfair charges, no proof, and slow customer service

I booked a parcel collection with Ecoparcel. The courier falsely marked me as “absent” even though I was at home all day with the parcel ready. Nobody rang the doorbell, called, or contacted me in any way.

Because of their mistake, I was forced to rebook and pay an extra €5. When I raised this with customer support, they refused to refund me, repeating the same scripted answers and offering no proof that a collection attempt was ever made.

To make things worse, I had to wait days for replies from customer service, only to receive unhelpful responses.

I even took a day off work to ensure I was available, and still got penalised for their error. This is completely unacceptable — the customer ends up paying for the courier’s failure.

I cannot recommend this company.

It was a fraud

This wasn't just a bad experience, it was a fraud. An email arrived for me to pick it up, and they falsely claimed I wasn't home on two separate occasions. They then canceled the order on their end and kept 6 euros for each package.

We scheduled a pickup with this delivery company and paid in advance for our parcels. Today was the agreed pickup date, and we stayed home the entire day to ensure everything would go smoothly. However, at the end of the day we received a message stating that the pickup was unsuccessful, without any explanation.
This situation is extremely frustrating, especially as we are moving in two days and counted on their service. To make matters worse, customer support has not been responsive, leaving us with no option but to cancel the shipment.
We expected a reliable and professional service, but unfortunately this experience has been very disappointing.

It's a SCAM

The worst experience ever. I went for a vacation to Spain by car. Because I wanted to bring a lot of stuff, I used ecoparcel service to send some of the stuff as a parcels to my AirBnB address in Spain.

The parcels came to Spain fairly quickly. However, once the status changed to `Out for delivery`, the parcels stuck for 5 business days (and counting). I've stayed all those days at home to receive the parcel, but nobody came. Essentially, the courier didn't even attempt to deliver them.

I've contacted ecoparcel support, and support said to me that they don't deliver the parcels because I haven't provided local phone number! So I went to mobile service provider office, got local phone number, sent it to the support and then got totally ignored.

The only way to contact their support is via helpdesk. But if you got ignored, you are unable to contact them in any other way. You can't create a new ticket, because if you try to do so, that message simply gets sent to the old ticket. You can't contact them via email, as they don't provide any e-mail address. You can't contact them via phone, because there is no phone number provided.

So, I've paid money for the parcels, I've lost at least 5 days of my vacation, I've paid more money and time to get the local phone number (as to get one you need to go to the office to validate your identity), and lost all the stuff that I've sent using ecoparcel, given the fact that they don't deliver the parcels.

Total scam!

Scammers

Parcel ID: 98PVGN
This company is completely unprofessional. My parcel was collected in Poland and is already in the Netherlands, but due to a BUG in their system I cannot change the delivery address to another address in the Netherlands. The system only allows me to change it to Poland, which makes no sense.

I contacted support — they answered ONCE and then ignored all my messages. This is unacceptable. I paid for delivery, but they are blocking me from receiving my parcel.

If Ecoparcel cannot fix their system and manually update my address, I will demand a full refund and escalate this case through my bank (chargeback) and the European Consumer Centre.

Other customers should be aware: if something goes wrong, there is almost no customer support.
