We've been buying our dog food from Ross for in excess of 10 years now. Brilliant and reliable service for a really good price. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. Can't recommend hin enough.

We have all our dogs on Ecopet for years and just started our new Rhodesian Ridgeback on The rustic dog food company puppy food.
We have 3 German Shepherds and they are all doing so well on Ecopet - no allergy issues,lovely shiny coats and all so healthy.
Love their food -always clean dishes.
Ross is a wealth of knowledge and always so helpful with any canine problems.
The dogs love to see him arrive-always so friendly and so helpful.

Ross has been a life saver to me! My beautiful retriever puppy is the fussiest of eaters...quite unbelievable for a retriever...but thats my Molly! Ross has been amazing...he has given me the most amazing nutritional advice and is always only a phone call away...and so patient when I have so many questions. I’ve used eco pet for 3 generations of dogs. Always high quality of daily food and treats. First 2 dogs lived very healthy long lives down to great nutrition until the end with old age so naturally our puppy is following suit. They have good advice if you ring and they deliver quickly. I have recommended the company to friends who also purchase from ecopet.

Ross is a pleasure to buy from and his knowledge on canine nutrition is excellent. Since switching to a good he recommended for my dog, she is happier, healthier and enjoys her food so much more. I'd highly recommend Ecopet!

1000% recommend the dog food and treats , my dogs have very sensitive stomachs which they haven’t had one flair up since we changed over ,Ross delivers on time and nothing is a hassle I couldn’t recommend this food enough it has changed my dogs lives so much

I found Ecopet by accident several years ago when trying to find a food that my Irish Setter could tolerate without digestive issues, Ross was able to help us get to the bottom of the issue (cereal based food) and provided advice and a variety of different foods to help find a food that worked.
Ross's knowledge and experience is invaluable even down to being able to help with other pet issues, my suggestion is just ask, if he doesn't know he will tell you and point you in the direction of someone who can answer.
So a full service delivered with knowledge and passion not just food!

Great service and great food. My dog had skin issues which vet said to give her medicated dog food to treat it but it didnt help. Ross in Ecopets suggested trying his food and no skin issues for the doggo since then about 5 years ago

Exceptional service, Ross always goes above and beyond to accommodate. A geniune pet lover. Cant be faulted, I wouldn't feed our dogs anything else.
