Had six panes of glass priced, SOLD me the panes & seals. Yet never fitted the seals. Spoke to management? And agreed to have my next 6 panes, when they would replace ALL 12 seals. Fitter only did latest 6, didn't even have material to fix first ones. I've waited for the FALSE PROMISES to be completed. 2 months later still no sign of them.

I was unable to be there at the installation. This ment that the window fitters were perplexed with the steel strips that were used to attach the secondary double glazing. Only the steel strips were in place.
The new windows were fitted but the new units were not cleaned fully on the outside.

After a few hiccups on the way it was all sorted nice bunch of guys worked without a break very pleased so far

They arrived 30 minutes earlier than the time I was given and got straight on with the job. They were very professional and blessed up as they went taking everything with them. I would recommend this company

After a brief consultation we had several windows re-paned, and one fixed of a hinge problem. The turn-around on getting the work done was surprisingly quick and on the day, the fitters were expedient careful and respectful of my property. This all came at a price that I considered worthwhile and fair.

Excellent but they left two windows unlocked including my patio windows.

All the windows are lovely. The fitters were proficient, helpful, and very customer friendly. There were a few hic-ups along the way, through lack of knowledge or experience and some mis-communication, which caused me some frustration. But, these were dealt with and rectified to my satisfaction. I am happy with the overall look and my experience with the company.

The fitter was on time and was tidy and efficient. We are very pleased with the new door3/

From start to finish good service

We had our windows replaced yesterday 1st April. The two window fitters Steve and Jordan were excellent we are very pleased with windows. Also quality of the workmanship. We did have to have some French windows replaced so they ha e to come back today 4th which is bigger job
brick work has to be done too. Two different fitters. They came yesterday as they had to be here for delivery. Of bricks etc. We are very pleased with e erything. They explained everything what they are going to do. We would recommend them to friends and family.

Dear Mr Johnson

I am writing to you again regarding my so far ignored request for the outstanding amount of £375, which has been owing to me for over 3 months.

I enclose a scan of my Notice to Withdraw showing my details. I withdrew from my order via email on 3rd December 2024.

I also enclose a copy of the letter which I posted to you first class post on Feb11th 2025 after several fruitless emails and phone calls to your Customer Service.

I later found out your Complaints Procedure Site (date?) and lodged a complaint there also.

Trust Pilot invited me to contribute to their site, which I did.

I found online that BBC Watchdog had shown examples of disgruntled customers unable to get their refunds, and I sent an email to them, requesting that I be added to their list.

I am prepared to understand that your firm may be having financial problems, though that is not my responsibility and I do not consider my request for £375 to be an unrealistic one.
I am therefore requesting the full refund of £375 within approximately 2 weeks ie by March 31st 2025.
If I do not finally get satisfaction then I shall be taking this issue to County Court (ie Small Claims).

I very much look forward to hearing from you.

Dear Mr Johnson

With reference to my previous letter of March 19th, I would now like to request you to read £475 as the full refund amount.
I know this because I have been talking with my bank today to ascertain if there is another way of retrieving the funds. In the course of checking my details, they were able to report that the deposit I paid on Dec 2nd 2024 was indeed £475.

Unfortunately, as I had paid by Bank Transfer, it becomes a Civil matter and therefore the rest of my letter still stands.
