I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. The perfume I received has a completely different label from the one I already own and even from the product shown on your website. The scent is also almost nonexistent, which raises serious concerns about its authenticity.
I waited several days for delivery, as this was meant to be a birthday gift, and now I’m left with what appears to be a fake $400 perfume. On top of that, I will have to wait even longer to receive a refund.
This experience has been very frustrating and unacceptable. I expected much better quality and service.

I received a $25 gift card as part of a…
I received a $25 gift card as part of a promotion. I received my items after 10 days with the gift card enclosed. The $25 gift card indicated a special code to be used on a future order with a warning that this coupon expires in 7 days. At the top of the coupon it had the words" Extra" 25% off Sitewide. When I tried to use the coupon it would NOT allow me to use the coupon for an "extra" 25% off and said the coupon could not be used in conjunction with any other coupon or promotion. In other words, the "extra" 25% off sitewide was false advertising and misleading. I immediately cancelled my monthly subscriptions with eCosmetics and will not believe any of their misleading advestising in the future. Buyer Beware! Don't get fooled by these con artists.
Update - I just spoke to eCosmetics about the misleading email promotion offering the $25 eGift Card dated 4/17/26. The email subject line says: Double the perks: 25% OFF + 25 e-gift card. Then in the body of the email it says: EXTRA 25% OFF + FREE GIFT CARD....Treat yourself to an extra 25% OFF...Plus, enjoy a FREE $25 e-gift card to top it all off. According to eCosmetics you need to scroll all the way down to the very bottom of the email to read the disclaimer in small print that says: *cannot combine offers. ...Exclusions apply. (no details on what the actual exclusions are.) The fact is that you don't actually receive anything "extra" at all in the $25 eGift card because you can't use it unless you pay FULL PRICE on a new order. So this marketing pitch of "Double the perks" and the word "Extra" is misleading and misrepresentation. eCosmetics did not offer anything about my complaint except that I should read the small print that "exclusions apply". In others words...I should know what that means. My review stands that the eGift card promotion is a scam. Don't fall for this false advertising and don't trust eCosmetics.

May never get my order
I have no idea where my order is or when I will receive it. It "shipped" on the same day I placed my order. I was excited it was mailed so quickly. Now, a full week later I have received no shipping updates and it appears to still be in Flordia and never made it's way to MI.
