Happy customer
I made the switch from Three a couple of weeks ago. I never had any problems with Three but am happier with my money going towards supporting nature rather than shareholders. The switch to EcoTalk was easy, and customer services were lovely when I phoned them to check on something. Everything is working as it should, so I’m happy and would recommend them. It would be good if they could use eSIMs rather than physical pieces of plastic though!

Best mobile network, great customer service
Great signal and service overall - runs on EE network so check that for your area. For me, its better than any other!
Customer service was fantastic. I had a missed payment and rang up to clear it. Rang up, cleared that and got and add-on sorted for my running out data in 6mins on a Friday before a bank holiday.
Would be nice to have e-sim support, and maybe some other EE network features, but realistically, if it means they are putting money back into nature whislt keeping bills pretty cheap, there is no complaints from me!
All this and money goes towards projects and community projects restoring nature.

Ethical and sustainable service provider
Ecotalk are an amazing organisation as they are very ethical, sustainable and give 100% of their profits to charity. Their customer service is amazing and they are so friendly and helpful on the phone. I switched a few days ago. The SIM arrived within a few days and the switch ran smoothly. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent customer service
After a dreadful experience with a large mobile network following the death of my father, we decided to try moving to ecotalk because of the ethical stance and the existing reviews about their customer service (which were completely the opposite of what we were experiencing elsewhere).
We were not disappointed. They were extremely quick to get the new sim sent and the activation went smoothly.
There were some issues with getting the old number transferred (I suspect due to the existing issues created by the old provider) but the support from ecotalk was excellent. They actively listened and were clear, sympathetic, patient and helpful. The whole experience was very personal and hugely refreshing from a modern customer service perspective.
Once the number had transferred, they offered compensation for the time taken to resolve the issue and even offered guidance on ensuring the phone itself was set up optimally.
I cannot recommend them highly enough and other members of our family will be moving across as soon as they can.

Very happy with the service
Very happy with the service. I went with a plan which gives me more data than I use, yet is still less than half the price than while I was with Vodafone. It’s a relief knowing that the price of my plan will never increase; and a bonus that my money goes towards helping with nature recovery too.

Excellent service
I've had a great experience with EcoTalk since switching about 4 months ago.
Everything has been refreshingly straightforward and worked smoothly with zero issues.
As the introductory extra triple data offer I signed up with has now run its course and I was near my data limit with a few days to go before it refreshed, I decided to up my plan and data allowance to the next tier going forward (as had been my original plan).
I spoke to a customer service rep and sorted out this and extra data to tide me over.
I had next to no waiting time to speak to someone, the person I did speak with was very helpful and clear and got sorted out what I need within a couple of minutes.
It's exactly what I'd hope for from customer service but more often than not falls short in my experience with other companies and service providers.
Highly recommended if you also value this and an ethical provider.

Easy transition from to Ecotalk
Easy transition from Voxi to Ecotalk. Voxi was a great network and the bundles were a good deal but Ecotalk are also offering a great deal, for British Wildlife, & customers!
Anything I can do to help & repair nature is well worth doing, For the sake of our grandchildren who deserve to have as rich & diverse an environment to enjoy as my generation has had.

Really glad I made the change
Everything was well-explained on the website, very easy and worked as expected. I'm enjoying seemingly better coverage at home than I had before, no problems anywhere a few weeks in. It's great value, nice to know the price won't change on me, and a big added bonus that this money goes into great rewilding projects.

Smooth and easy transfer
Ecotalk have been super smooth migrating to from my previous network. I spoke with Yasmin today who transferred over old number so I could keep it, and she clearly set expectation about what would happen and when. The tariff is really competitive, and all the while my business is passively helping to protect nature - win win.

Fantastic Service and Cause!
I switches 3 months ago and waited before I made this review. I have never been happy with any of my previous mobile carriers. What attracted me to EcoTalk was it's ethical and ecological focus; UK Call Centre and use of profits for societal and environmental benefits. Super happy with the service and highly recommend. For me 4G was a better option. You will need to change some settings to leverage this. Improved signal in my area.
