Very happy so far
No problems at all with my switch over. All done online so I haven't had to test customer services yet, but am comforted to know that I should be able to speak to a real human fast should I need to. I left EE a year ago because their roaming charges were daylight robbery. I went to another network but the coverage was poor for my area. Ecotalk is carried by EE so I get my good signal back, but am much happier to be giving the bulk of the profits to helping rewinding rather than all to a telecoms giant.

Took less than 7 minutes to sign up and install my eSIM. Less than 24 hours later my number had been transformed and at a fraction of the cost of my O2 contract that I’ve had for decades.
O2 called and tried to ‘match’. I told them to clear off for many reasons. So pleased to be giving to this hugely important project.

Very impressive customer service team.
I have been very impressed with Ecotalk’s customer service team. It’s rare that one gets to speak to an actual human without waiting a long time or going through multiple choice options. On both occasions I have needed to contact them, I have been greeted by very friendly and named staff, who have always shown concern and willingness to help sort out the problem. I would very much recommend transferring to Ecotalk, as they have lower and stable priced packages, good coverage via EE network and friendly, helpful staff.

Quick, helpful & friendly!
I initially ordered a SIM and lost it! 🫣
I emailed to explain and replacement was sent straight out and arrived super quick. I then realised I forgot to send my PAC number, I couldn’t figure out how to keep my number by looking through my account so emailed and they responded very quickly and sorted it straight out for me! Thanks guys! 💚

I recently switched from 3 to Ecotalk and I'm so happy I did! The switch itself was very straightforward to do and now that I've been with Ecotalk for a month, I've noticed I have far better coverage than I ever did with 3. Haven't had a single issue with receiving signal, even in the middle of the countryside.
