I don't appreciate the courier didn't deliver my parcel to my door, but instead loitered outside reception for 5 minutes claiming to not be able to park his vehicle despite clearly contradicting himself. British Airways should not do business with eCourier.

Very smooth process and baggage delivered efficiently with a smile. My only comment would be is that the tracking didn't work, so I got no updates during the day to say approximately what time to expect delivery.

Our bag had not followed us from Heathrow. We got an email from E Courier and it had a tracking function. The delivery driver called us about an hour out as it was an earlier time slot than indicated in the app. She duly arrived and was very friendly despite the awful weather. Good service.

I am writing this review to express my deep concern regarding the standards of professionalism and safety maintained by eCourier. Recently, I witnessed - and was nearly a victim of- appalling behaviour by one of their motorbike couriers.
The rider in question displayed a blatant disregard for basic road safety and pedestrian right-of-way. Their aggressive maneuvering and excessive speed in a high-traffic area resulted in a near-miss incident that could have easily resulted in a serious injury. This was not merely a lapse in judgment; it was a display of general recklessness that suggests a systemic lack of health and safety oversight within the company.
As someone who utilizes courier services, I expect a brand to represent itself with a modicum of responsibility. When a company’s representatives prioritize speed over the lives and safety of the public, it raises significant questions about their internal training and corporate ethics.
I can no longer, in good conscience, support or recommend a business that allows such hazardous behavior to go unchecked. If eCourier does not take immediate steps to address the conduct of its fleet, it is only a matter of time before their negligence leads to a far more tragic outcome.

Suitcase was supposed to be delivered today. Got a confirmation delivery email with all my details but a signature that is clearly not mine and a photo of a suitcase it's not mine in a flat that not mine as proof of delivery. Been on the phone for THREE hours trying to get through. Sent emails both to customerservice@ and baggage@, no response. Appalling service.

Quick response email before I collected it off the turnstile. Saved me waiting and a driver called me within 3 hours to say he was on his way to deliver it .
I explained I had to go out and before you know it he was at my door . Well done drive .

eCourier were so helpful last week when all three of our bags went missing with BA from London to Manchester. They were helpful, polite, and really went the extra mile to help us, unlike British Airways, who were uncontactable. Excellent customer service!

I only gave them 1 star because you can't give none. Absolutely shocking service provided. Was on hold yesterday for 45+ minutes. Person answered then hung up straight away! No communication on the tracker to advice where your bag is or when it will arrive.
