A company that stands by their product
I ordered two watches from this company. One for my son for his birthday and a second for me because I thought they were beautiful. We both love the watches. I had an issue with my watch getting condensation under the glass during the day. It wasn't because the watch had gotten wet in any way, it just seemed to happen after fairly high temp changes. I took a photo and sent it to Ben and Emma who immediately responded and said that it was unusual and obviously should not be happening. We were all hoping it was a one off event, but it continued to happen. They continuously followed up via email to my concerns and offered to replace the watch immediately. They sent me pictures of a new design watch and gave me the opportunity to chose a model as a replacement. I give this company 5 stars for the simple fact that they stand by their products. If something unexpected happens they immediately offer a solution. Rarely these days do you find an honest company that treats their customers as well as eco wood wear does. The watches are light, good looking and comfortable to wear all day. I highly recommend giving this company a try. You wont be disappointed by the product.

I ordered my watch and I supposed to have received it 3 days ago. It’s going into the next week and when I checked to track it.. supposed to have arrived Thursday June 18.. it says “in transit”. My 2 watches from Original Grain came on time and I was hoping for the same with this company.

The ordering process was easy. When my watch got to me it was easy to set. The watch is very light weight. I had to remove 2 links and it was super easy with the tool they sent. The watch looks and feels great on my arm. I am very pleased with my watch.

My husband is in construction and i bought one of these watches for him. He had a fall and the watch band broke, this company replaced the watch, no questions asked. Then the band broke again. I contacted the company again and they responded with the option to repair the watch we had or just order another one that would be stronger - all at no charge to us. This is the BEST customer service I have ever dealt with. I am so happy with this company. I will order another watch from them any day and recommend them to everyone who wants one!!! Needs better instructions
I really like this bracelet, even though I am not really a bracelet person. I docked a star because the instructions for how to remove links are printed on craft paper which makes them very hard to read. Also, they pretty much stop at how to remove the link pins, and do not tell you how to put the link pins back together after removing the segments. I was able to find a random YouTube video with instructions for how to deal with link pins, and sort of extrapolate to how to do it using the tools provided by Eco Wood Wear.

Always a little worried buying from sites like these, but the watch is legit. Looks and feels high quality, and the band links were easy to take off to fit it(comes with a little tool) On the final day of the shipping range I hadn’t been noticed of tracking info yet. Emailing customer support they got back within 24 hrs with the tracking info and delivery date. Watch also comes in a very solid wooden box.
