Beautiful Watch and Great Customer Service
I am not someone who is particularly excited by watches, and I rarely wear them. But when an advert for Eco Wood Wear popped up on my FB feed, I was instantly interested. I thought it looked incredible. After some research, I knew I had to have one. It arrived yesterday, and I think it is absolutely stunning. Truly beautiful to look at, and very unique. It came in a wonderful wooden box and with tools to adjust the strap. I cannot believe how excited I am to own (and show-off) a watch - but this is exceptional. The attention to detail is fantastic. Customer service is also faultless - I asked a question by email the day it arrived (about the protective film the watch came with), and I got a detailed and friendly response the same day from Ben himself. I am very, very impressed. Great product, great service. I am sure I will buy more than one of these watches!

The perfect gift
I got this watch for my boyfriend who's in the military. He needed a watch that also told 24 hour time. He lived that it was made out if a whiskey barrel since he's from Tenn. I had it engraved on the back and its perfect.

I really appreciated the service and response to questions after ordering. I love the watch that was a gift for my boyfriend but was disappointed that there was no glow or lighting of the face at night. It’s not functional in the dark. But overall it’s beautiful.

I was nervous about having a $300 watch delivered. But, I was able to track my package up to when it got delivered to my door. It got here before Christmas as they had promised. I loved that I got an email from Ben thanking me for my purchase and assuring me that my watch was being crafted to my requirements. My husband loved his watch. He works with wood and thought it was a very thoughtful gift for him. I bought the Arboré Blue such a stunning watch. My only disappointment was that I had chosen the engraving option for the back of the watch to personalize it. But, it wasn't. Perhaps because the back case has a clear display to be able to see the mechanism of the watch which at the time of my purchase I didn't know. My suggestion would be to remove the option if it's not available for some watches. Either than that I am super happy with my purchase.

Delayed arrival.
Final update:
The watch arrived today! Beautifully packaged plus it looks amazing on my husbands arm!
The problem seems to have been a technical one but I would highly recommend purchasing an EcoWood timepiece!
The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it didn’t arrive on time.
Update:
I heard back from Ben, who profusely apologized for the delay but it seems that it’s more of a processing issue!
I truly appreciate that they got back to me, even offered me a 50% refund for any inconvenience which I declined because it seems like it’s not the company’s fault.
I will update again once I’ve received the watch!
I ordered a watch for my husband on December 11,2025. It’s December 31, and there is no sign of the watch arriving.
I fear that it’s gone missing.
It was tracked from China to Canada, where I am, but since yesterday it’s now tracked to California in the U.S.
I’ve tried reaching out to the company but have had no response.
If someone could get back to me via this platform I would greatly appreciate it!

Quality product and Top Notch customer service
The customer service and attentiveness to me when I inquired about Christmas delivery was unsurpassed. I ordered the watch for my adult son on Dec 8th and it still hadn't arrived by Dec 22nd. When I inquired I got immediate responses and although shipping/deliver delays was not their fault, they offered to compensate me. Luckily, as fate would have it, we just finished opening all presents Xmas morning and then the doorbell rang with the last and best present arriving! I was so happy. The watch is light, exquisite, personal and most importantly unique. My son loved it so much, and he kept staring at it and the message I had engraved on the back. "Dream big son, your time is now!" Love Mom. One day I know he will cherish this when I'm gone. Thank you Ecowoodwear for a wonderful quality gift and I may even get my husband one for our anniversary gift this year - he loved it too!
