terrible company never reply to messages, and cancelled my order over £300 said i didnt meet the minimum order requirements, I asked so why did your website accept my order, plus it doesnt say this on your website, avoid like the plague

Second time I've purchased ECC RAM modules from ECPROF. Their prices are very reasonable and they carry these admittedly exotic components you can't get on more mainstream outfits like Amazon or Scan. Very satisfied customer.

Returns process is unnecessarily complex and lengthy. Bought items online - should be simple to return, but I had numerous e mails to chase, was asked to send photos, give excessive information, fill in forms. All for a straightforwards consumer rights distance purchased return. Staff were polite & responded quickly but the whole system was too complicated.

The item was not the item pictured in the catalogue. So I did not receive what I wanted. But they do warn you not to go by / trust the picture, which is interesting.

Part arrived in good time, albeit with expensive expedited delivery fees. Thought part was new, but was clearly a used 2nd hand part that was cleaned and repackaged. Part arrived faulty, and had clearly been pulled from a donor system as wires had been pulled out of the connector, requiring me to repair it before use. The amount of money paid does not reflect the quality of the product.

Absolute joke of a company. Ordered a £300 item that was shown as in stock with more than 200 available and paid extra for express delivery - 7 days later and they still hadn’t shipped it and I had to chase them up by phone. When they did ship it, they apparently shipped it to some random address in Birmingham instead of my address in London. Now on the 12th day, two weeks after I placed the order, I still don’t have my item.

Good pricing, fast delivery. What's not to like?
