Even more importantly, this was a replacement due to a factory fault issue. Customer service was very polite, understanding and swiftly processed the warranty claim placed on my order.

Where to start, great friendly personal service, ever increasing range of stock, (more shiny objects to buy!!).
Been buying from Edcgear for the last few years,(just checked!!), and the whole experience and service has always been excellent, from day one.
